Excellent Flat by Belvedere Palace

Ganz tolles Apartment! Super sauber, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine, Zucker, Salz/Pfeffer, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch usw. Sehr zentral gelegen, vieles zu Fuß oder mit der S-Bahn/U-Bahn erreichbar, die auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt war. Sehr netter Empfang vom Gastgeber, mit Infos über die Stadt. Buchung problemlos, Check In / Out sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Jeder Zeit wieder! Einfach top!

Hôte très accueillant et serviable dès notre arrivée. Appartement conformer à la description, effectivement situé non loin du centre ville. Bref un très bon séjour à Vienne.

Appartamento molto accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile, a piedi o con il tram D, dalla stazione di Wien Südbahnhof (S-Bahn) e comunque non tanto distante dalla fermata della metro U1, ideale per raggiungere il centro città. La casa è completa di tutto, pulita e funzionale, compresa di TV e lettore DVD. I proprietari sono, inoltre, molto gentili e ci hanno lasciato una buonissima torta di benvenuto! Assolutamente consigliato!

Der Check-In konnte problemlos individuell vereinbart werden und die Schlüsselübergabe mit den netten Gastgebern klappte reibungslos. Die Wohnung war mit allen wichtigen Dingen (z.B. Handtücher, Waschmittel, Bettwäsche...) eingerichtet und trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Eine ideale Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Wien.

nice and pleasant stay. the room provides good quality for the price offered and Martin is a very helpful and relaxed host. Also centrally located with a lovely garden and palace (Belvedere schloss) at the doorstep. definitely recommend a stay

Très bel appartement, identique aux photos. très complet (quelques épices, sel, sopalin, drap, serviettes, produit vaisselle, etc...) Le pret du lit parapluie était parfait pour notre puce de 7 mois, qui a même pu être installé dans l'entrée (ce qui nous permettait d'avoir un petit coin à nous le soir). Nous conseillons cet appartement pour visiter le centre ville (15 min environ à pied ou 5 min en tram).

Appartamento consigliato, situato nel tranquillo quartiere delle ambasciate, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi ma anche a piedi, il bellissimo museo del Belvedere dove si trova "Il Bacio" di Klimt è a 5 minuti dal'appartamento. Martin è simpatico e pronto a dare consigli utili per vivere al meglio la città, un ragazzo gentile e alla mano. L'appartamento è pulito e dispone di tutto quello che può servire per cucinare e lavare, inoltre c'è la connessione internet gratuita. Highly recommended apartment!

Die Wohnung war super. Es gab alles was man braucht. Der Preis war fair und die Lage recht zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe und Martin war hilfsbereit und hat auch gut erklärt wie man sich schnell orientieren kann. Weiter so!

five stars indeed, perfect base for exploring Vienna, the D tram stop is just five mins walk away, takes you into centre of town passing by all the underground stops, The flat has all the amenities for cooking meals when you don't want to eat out, As it is set back from the road all you can here is the birdsong in the morning. Martin is a perfect host, and is happy to explain whats on and where. Would not hesitate to recommend this or any other of his properties based on our stay here.
