Central Berlin Studio by Tiergarten

Fin beliggenhed ved Tiergarten, men lige lovligt lydt i lejligheden. Venlige værter.

Die Wohnung ist freundlich, sauber und ruhig. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und umsichtig ausgestattet, also sehr angenehm und zu empfehlen, wenn man kein Problem mit dem Treppensteigen hat.

Fantastic apartment - light, airy, warm, spacious and quiet. This is a nice, quiet family/student area, right next to the park and only 10 minutes on the S-bahn to all of the action Berlin has to offer. We only had two nights in Berlin and this proved to be a perfect base - just 40 minutes from Schönefeld airport on the S-bahn to Tiergarten station, which is almost opposite the entrance of the apartment. The apartment is advertised as fully equipped, and it most certainly is. We were pleasantly surprised to find a decent hairdryer, cafetière, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board, tv and wifi etc. When making the booking the only thing I was hesitant about was the shower because it is not fully pictured, but I'm happy to say it was spotlessly clean, pretty powerful and the hot water didn't run out. As other people have pointed out there are four flights of stairs to climb so it may not be suitable for everyone, but we needed the exercise having indulged in a lot of treats from the bakeries. This was our first wimdu booking, and we were delighted that it ran so smoothly thanks to our host, from booking to getting the keys and then checking out. All in all, we thought this was an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Wir haben 1 Woche in Felix Apartment gewohnt, es liegt schön zentral an der S-Bahn, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Da die Wohnung ganz oben liegt, ist sie sehr hell und trotz des Altbaus gut zu heizen. Der Aufstieg ist aber nichts für körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen. Schön wäre es, eine Kleiderstange oder einen weiteren Kleiderschrank zum Hängen zu haben. Im Bad sollten einige Schimmelecken/Duschvorhang behandelt werden. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Super tolle Wohnung. Sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen! Alles optimal mit Bus und S/U-Bahn zu erreichen. Sehr flexibel mit Anreis und Abreise-Zeiten. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch mal dafür!

Die Studiowohnung war perfekt. Sehr zentral, ruhig, hell und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Ideal für 1-2 Personen, es wäre sogar genügend Platz, um noch ein Kinderbett aufzustellen. Sehr zu empfehlen !!! Vielen Dank

Schöne große Wohnung. Sehr ruhig und zentral! Bzgl. der Ruhe war ich positiv überrascht. Die Fenster sind zum Innenhof und die S-Bahn hört man nur ganz leise im Hintergrund, ist aber in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder jederzeit wieder mieten.

The apartment was great, everything you need is there. Located across S-bahn Tiergarten, you will find yourself at a very central location, but will still have the comfort of a nice quite place, since the windows are on the courtyard side. The courtyard is that of old, expensive buildings, where rich families used to live. The apartment is located at high altitude, and you might need some condition to walk the stairs. But I didn't mind, as it is a perfect addition to daily movement. People that use the stairs everyday have a significant smaller chance of getting fatal deceases that affect the heart etcetera. Living in an era where everything must be fast and easy, I refuse to take part in this nonsense culture. If you are one of those that does, you can still head for the Burger King which is behind Tiergarten to get your daily dosis of cholesterol that might eventually lead to a slow and painful dead. Felix and his wive have been very helpful, and I am looking forward to booking again. Thank you so much for putting this great apartment on Wimdu!!!

Ruhige und schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage. Alles vorhanden und netter Empfang.

Gemütliche, ruhige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung. Außerdem extrem unkomplizierte Gastgeber, 2 Daumen hoch! :)
