Wir haben genau die richtige Entscheidung getroffen: alles entsprach genau den Angaben, die Gastgeberin war SEHR nett und hat uns einige sehr hilfreiche Informationen zum Einkaufen etc gegeben, so dass wir keine Zeit mit Suchen und Organisieren verschwenden mussten. Auch am Tag der Abreise durften wir unser Gepäck auch nach der offiziellen Checkout-Zeit im Appartment belassen und so hatten wir noch einen vollen Tag zusätzlich ohne Gepäck-Aktionen zwischendurch. Richtig gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen rundum. Wir kommen wieder!

Standort der Unterkunft ist super. Ausser, dass die Dusche zu wenig Wasser hat (musste die Haare beim Coiffeur waschen lassen), war die Wohnung samt Einrichtung zweckmässig und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Het appartement lag op een goede plek voor wat betreft de bereikbaarheid van de bezienswaardigheden van Florence. Makkelijk te bereiken vanaf het (bus)station, maar je moet dan wel weten aan welke kant je vanaf dat station moet vertrekken. 's Nachts buiten op straat veel lawaai. Op zich een goed app.: kamer, slaapkamers en douche waren okay. Wel een heel ander app. dan ons was voorgehouden op de foto's via internet. We vroegen ons wel af of het om het juiste app. ging.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE! This place was beyond TERRIBLE! The place is incredibly hot and the air conditioner broke on the first day we were there, there was a fan but that was also broken! NOTHING was provided in the apartment besides the basics and even then they were horrendous - the bunk bed in the second room looked like it was 50 years old, the bedding and sheets looked worn and yellow with age. The second bathroom's flush wouldn't even work and the second night we were there (thankfully we only stayed here two nights) THE WATER SHUT OFF! We were completely out of water from 9pm to the morning we left - meaning no showers (after a day of heat in Florence), bathroom, anything! We were forced to buy about 15 Euros worth of water just for hygiene's sake. The apartment could apparently afford a high-end Flat Screen TV, but they couldn't even fix the light in the bathroom which made it entirely dark, there wasn't even space to put soap in the shower! The "fridge" is actually two mini-fridges that don't get anything cold. It's also a completely dingy walk-up with a ton of stairs, so beware bringing up suitcases. The worst part was that we contacted the hosts and asked for a refund (just for our second night given our horrible stay and no water) and they didn't even respond! Don't EVER stay here, we wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

nous avons été déçu parce que nous n'avons pas eu ce logement que nous avions choisi parce qu'il avait 3 chambres. A notre arrivée, nous avons été logé dans un appartement à proximité mais avec 2 chambres. Par ailleurs, il n'y avait pas de cafetière.on devait nous en fournir une dès le lendemain mais cela n'a pas été fait....

Apartment comfortable and quaint in lovely old building, up 6 short flights of stairs so you need to carry luggage up. Commercial Agent is managing apartment for owner and tried to be helpful to us when we arrived and found building exterior being replastered and all windows covered with plastic and scaffolding so light and view gone. May is the time for building maintenance in Florence. Location of apartment absolutely tremendous to make use of new Firenze (Florence) card in the museums and on buses.

Great location close to train station and only short walk to historic city center. Host recommended two nearby restaurants that were outstanding and reasonably priced. Only draw back is the 84 steps up to get to the apartment.
