For people booking please make sure your profile has a picture of you and please send a message to me with booking request with some info about your trip and who will be coming to stay :-) As the house is full of artwork and custom made furniture we do not accept young children, we hope you can understand.

If this listing is booked for the period you are interested in. do not worry, we have three rooms, one of them can be found in the other listing in my profile, the third room (elevated bed in mini apartment room) is kept as a back up and is not listed but might still available if you contact me.
Rooms will be allocated according to guest needs, so if guest require a certain room as a condition of their booking, make sure to ask first.

We would like to invite you to our brand new, purpose built house for guests, we have 3 private rooms with double beds overlooking a beautiful park. Each room features your own tv, air condition/heater, your own desk, built in wardrobes, private tenant bathroom and a separate guest living room.

There is an outdoor spa for your enjoyment that seats 6, situated next to our outdoor Balinese garden BBQ area. Additionally we have an entertainment room with a bar fully stocked with award winning beers, local wines and even a selection of snacks.

If you value privacy rest assured you will have it, as guests and host are situated at completely opposite sides of the house.

Unlimited free wireless internet is of course available throughout the house and we even have courtesy bicycles you can use while staying with us so you can move around freely.

The bus stop is about 30m up the street and the train station is about a 10 min walk away, you can use the bicycles we have for you if you think that it is too far to walk :-) And for anything you need, there are shops just around the corner.

Boredom should not be an issue as there is a 18 hole golf course, several gyms and an aquatic center within 2 km from the house, not to mention a scenic bike track.

Your hosts Ryan & Rhiannon both work in fashion, but are laid back, friendly and easy going.

We have lots of suggestions for things to do and places to see, we have even made several tours for you to follow, all collected in our house information book, this also includes the most price competitive options for travel and car rentals etc.

With experience of working in hotels Ryan and Rhiannon also have prepared a welcome pack you will find in your room with lots of information and maps that will be useful during your stay. We even have self serve room menu with drinks and snacks if you run out of you own!

Depending on your needs we can accommodate most food requests and can even provide an all meals included option if desired, for a fee.

If arriving or leaving by plane, train or any other method of transport, we also offer a pick up/drop off service for $35 AUD whenever possible, a taxi from the airport could be close to double.
