Located in Arenales and Pueyrredon, this amazing apartment is just a few blocks from the Recoleta Village. It is very spacious, over 861 sq. feet (80 sq. meters). This apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. It is on the 10th floor which is the highest floor in the building. The views are amazing from the apartment and there is a big balcony.
The bedroom has a double size bed and plenty of storage space. Complete bathroom and kitchen (refrigerator with freezer - microwave oven, dishes, kitchenware). There is a separate office area in the back with a futon (it is not a second room).
Flat-screen TV - Cable TV - Wi Fi - Telephone with local calls included.

Neighbourhood:
Just one block from Pueyrredon Av. Close to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, banks as well as deli’s, dry cleaners near by. Next to public transportation, subway staion (line B, Pueyrredon Station) is one block from the apt.
Cementery of Recoleta is 7 blocks, also the green areas of Libertador Av. Most hot-spots are within walking distance and cabs are right outside the door. You can see the location by checking the Buenos Aires website.
Check in/out time is flexible if there are no guests checking in/out the same day. If that happens, then check in time is after 2pm and check out by 10am.
We dont do check ins at AM hours!
