Cosy, Quiet Room near City Centre

We spent just two nights at the room. Location is very good. Everything else was OK. Analiese is warm and very friendly person, I would like to thank her for hospitality. I recommend this accommodation.

Enjoyed staying with Analiese,very hospitable and welcoming.Nice and quiet and also only short walk to Botanic Gardens and town.Appreciated being able to leave our luggage there on the last day.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, very close by train to the CBD. Analiese was very friendly, approachable and welcomed us into her home. The bedroom was comfortable and the apartment itself in a quiet block. There are many cafes/restaurants/shops etc close by. Great value!

we stayed here for a week and found that's a lovely place and very convenient for travel around in Melbourne. host is a nice, lovely lady who will let u feel like staying home all the time, love to stay again for future visit.

Analiese was so nice, made us feel very welcome and helped us find our feet in Melbourne. She became a friend and was always up for nice chat and glass of wine. She let us use her home like it was our own which was very comforting. The flat is very well situated In a great location with loads of cafes bars and shops, and also next to the train station, which made getting around the city very easy. Great experience and highly recommended.

We stayed for a lovely week at her very well-tidy house. All the space of her house is very clean and well decorated with her fabulous preference :) She always cared of us and now she is our special friend in Melbourne. We truly thank her for all her kindness and friendship to us :D If we travel to Melbourne again, we'll definitely stay at her house. Thank you and always wish you your happy life :)

When we checked into Analiese's house, we did not know a single person in Melbourne. We left her house having made a friend for life. We felt truly at home and Analiese has at all times gone out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, we felt right at home. She is a kind hearted, positive spirit.
