The perfect location in Le Marais

Really nice and I think for Paris "big" appartement. Everything you need for a good stay is there. The area is really nice and quiet and just some minutes by foot away from Notre Dame. Remy is a really nice host and answers questions if you have some... ;) Merci - we would always come back!

Rémy's welcome was excellent. He provided us with full information on the flat facilities (a lovely place, very comfortable flat with a great location) and was always ready to fulfill our needs. He also gave us some good tips on restaurants and things to do in the area. I strongly recommend Rémy and his lovely flat in Le Marais.

We had a great time in Paris. The apartment that we had hired, "The perfect location in Le Marais" contributed to that. It had really a perfect location, near to all the main sites and museums. A cute apartment that had all facilities one needs. And a very comfortable bed, not to mention. We would also like to send a special thank to our host Rémy who was very helpfull.

We loved our trip to Paris. Remy is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. For a city like Paris I was impressed by the size of the apartment, especially considering the cost. The location is great because it is so near to a Metro stop. It made the perfect base for exploring the incredible city. Definitely recommended!

Abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per 5 giorni ed è stata una splendida sorpresa : la posizione è veramente perfetta per visitare comodamente a piedi, in bici o in metropolitana tutta la città, inoltre il quartiere in cui è situato è molto vivace e caratteristico, pieno di bar e ristoranti. Anche l'appartamento in sè è stato addirittura superiore alle aspettative:comodissimo per due persone, arredato con molto gusto, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni attrezzatura che possa servire per il soggiorno: micro angolo cottura,stoviglie, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, forno microonde, addirittura lavatrice. Molto silenzioso e tranquillo nelle ore notturne, letto comodissimo. Remy si è dimostrato un ospite davvero gentile, disponibile e simpatico, pronto a fornirci ogni consiglio necessario per trascorrere al meglio la nostra piccola vacanza. Tutto perfetto, insomma... e assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Overall, we had a very good experience. The apartment in the Marais is pretty much exactly as described. It is very near the Arts et Metiers Metro stop on the 11 line, and was quite easy to connect anywhere we wanted to go. A 10 minute walk got you to Pompidou and a few minutes further to Notre Dame. The apartment was very pretty, and the small terrace quite attractive and private. There were three beds (master plus the 2 pull outs which were comfortable as well) with clean sheets and lots of towels in the 2 bathrooms. During our stay, it was a bit chilly (not sure how to get the heat going, but we used the fireplace, and very much enjoyed that. The place is quiet at night, but there was construction next door that started at 8AM every weekday. Drills served as our alarm clocks. We were out on the town most days anyway, so it was fine. The nights were remarkably quiet for such a central location, so everybody slept well. The fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all worked well and were easy to use. Remy was easy to connect with and gave good advice on restaurants and getting around the neighbourhood. Location was good. Getting from CDG Airport takes about 1 hour with RER B then Metro to Chatelet then change to get to Arts et Metier. The walks to connect in stations were quite long and not for those who aren't into lots of stairs. We had carry on bags only, and with three kids was still a challenge (but better than traffic in a cab). Highlights included Place des Vosges for lunch in the park and shopping, a side trip to Chateau Chambord for the night, and the local restaurant 404 for Moroccan food just around the corner from the apartment. Would recommend for family of 5 or 6 who don't want to get into multiple hotel rooms. Good vibe, price and overall quality.

We are just back from a very nice stay in Paris. Since this was the first time we ever used a service like Wimdu, we were expecting 'everything'. Right after booking the apartment, Rémy sent me all the information needed by email. He was also very responsive and quick at answering any email I sent. So we felt confident in the choice of using Wimdu. Travelling with another family we were six people in the apartment. Quiet, spacious and with two bathrooms it was perfect perfect for our purpose. It was a very positive experience and Rémy is bookmarked for our next stay in Paris.

The studio is very nice. It was clean and it had everything that you needed during their stay. The location is very good and central. Remy was a very nice and friendly host and we felt very comfortable. We can recommend the apartment very much.

The accomodation was very nice. All the photos correspond to the truth. The position of the flat is perfect. In 5 minutes of metro you can reach the center of Paris.
