The unit runs from one end of the house to the other with a large window at one end and a historic stained glass window at the other. The unit features sky lights and an open bathroom with tub. The space features beams and a slanted high ceiling. The floors are fully carpeted. The unit is located on the third floor of a historic Queen Anne Victorian in the Duboce Triangle neighborhood and is accessed from a second floor entry leading to a spiral staircase to the third floor. The front garden is accessed through a wrought iron gate. The unit features a comfortable, low king sized bed, a seating area and writing desk, designer sheets.
The location is very central. Stroll to nearby outdoor cafes, a French bistro, a wide range of diverse bars and dance clubs, the historic Castro Theater, the historic Mission Dolores, Haight Ashbury and much more. The unit shares a front entrance with the rest of the building and visitors may be greeted by the friendly and quiet labrador retriever in the front foyer.
