Description
I offer a cosy room ready to be inhabited by nice traveler for short or long term. It is furnished with a double bed, a table/chair, a couch + small table and a big wardrobe. If you're up for it and I have time, I will show you around the neighborhood and the city.
The flat is situated in a functionalist building from the First Republic, thus it has a high ceiling. Located between two parks: Stromovska (1 minute) and Letna (10 minutes) where you can grab a beer or rollerblade. By public transportation, you can get to the city center, the Old Town, Prague Castle, etc. You get the best of both worlds: a quiet and safe neighborhood yet the city life isn't far away.
Supermarket and convenience stores, drugstores are just down the street in addition to a few restaurants and local bars/pubs. You can try traditional Czech food here for much cheaper price than in the city center.
There is a small gym and a public swimming pool within walking distance.
There are lots of trams + 2 night trams in this area and two metros (Hracanska and Vltavska).
PARKING:
parking in most PRG neighborhood requires permission BUT i'll show you where you can park for FREE in a very safe area (the embassy quarter about 10-15 min walk from the flat, etc.).

+ Easy access by the tram (10 min) and metro (15 min).
+ By public transport:
6 min to the nearest tram/bus stop (Kamenicka). From there you can either walk or hop on the temp tram to Strossmayerovo. From there you take bus (7 min) to Hracanska metro.
13 min to the main tram stop (Strossmayerovo). From there metro Vltavska is about 200 m by walk or you can take a tram (1 stop).
15 min to the Prague center (Tram, Tram+Metro or Metro)
45 min to the Prague airport (PRG-Ruzyně) (Tram+Bus or Tram+Metro+Bus)
15 min to the Central railway station (Tram+Metro)
15 min to the Central bus station (Tram+Metro)
+ Ticket for public transport:
(1-day ticket, unlimited, valids during 24 hours, not only from morning to midnight like in some country. You can buy from ticket machine inside the metro station area (24/7) and tabacco/magazine shops.
