We offer a spacious city apartment on the ground floor of a multi-family house in Munich “Karlsfeld”. The house has a huge garden and is facing a beautiful stream. The apartment has a size of approx. 80m² and is therefore very spacious. In addition, it´s furniture is very modern and individual and underlines the modern and luxurious feeling of the typical Munich apartment. From the living room as well as from the kitchen you have access to your own terrace with about 20 m² facing South-West.
The apartment has a large, fully-equipped kitchen and an under-floor heating. You can also use all necessary utensils, for instance, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. In the bright and spacious living room there are 4 sleeping places (1 sofa bed 140x200cm / 2 fold-out cabinet beds 90x200cm with luxury and comfortable matrasses). In addition, there is one separated bedroom with 5 more sleeping places (1 double bed 180x200cm, 2 single beds 90x200 (luxury matrasses). The bathroom is fully equipped with bath tub and toilette.
Please advise in case you want to bring your pets. If need be, we can provide our own Carport (€ 5,-- supplement per day). We are also happy to provide breakfast for you. You are also free to use the BBQ area behind the house. This, however, is the only area you are permitted to smoke. The entire house is for non-smokers only.
It takes about 17 min to the city center. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Therefore, the apartment is ideal to explore Munich without spending wasteful time with public transport.
If you need an accommodation for 9-12 persons you can request an additional room in the same house - this room is a nonsmoker room with laminate flooring and tiles.
