House rules

Set of sheets and towel set, we are happy for a fee.

Usual rest periods must be respected and the facilities should be treated with gentle care and cleanliness. For longer rental a security deposit will be charged. For any damages or missing furniture the tenant has to replace the damage, this also applies to lost house and apartment keys.
The apartment is a Non smoking apartment!!!!
No Pets!!!

Schönes helles Apartment mit freiem Blick nach Süden. Störend ist die Bahnstrecke unmittelbar vor dem Haus.Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich. Gute Nahverkehrsanbindung

Daniela hat mich sehr freundlich empfangen und mir die Räumlichkeiten vorgestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und war super sauber. Das einzige was genervt hat waren die Geräusche der Heizung in der Nacht. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine 4 Spurige Bahntrasse , die ich aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern eigentlich nicht störend wahrgenommen habe. Ansonsten ist das Viertel sehr ruhig und doch relativ zentral. Im Sommer mag der Balkon auch noch mal als kleine Oase dienen können, ich hatte leider während des Aufenthaltes relativ schlechtes Wetter . Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung wieder beziehen , Preis Leistung ist hier absolut ok .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terasse ist eine Oase mitten in Düsseldorf. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
