Central and very well furnished Room

If you want an intruder mother or wife this is your place. Doors has no possibilities to close them from inside even the restroom, and the heater its not permitted to use before 18:00 and after 23:00, plus maybe one day you wake up, and the owner is in the living room having an argument on the phone with her ex-husband or waiting for a fax during 2 hours...definetly not recommended place to stay...

Nicely decorated flat. It has a great location: it's only 20 mins walk to Sol and very close to all museums and the Retiro park. The area is very lively, surrounded by bars and cafes. Also, all ammenities are walking distance. The only downfall of this flat is that when all dormitories are full, there can be up to 8 people in the flat with only one toilet and a small kitchen. This can be a problem if your neighbours are not very considerate of others. Another downfall is that there are no fans or air conditioning in the rooms (this is very common in Madrid) and it can be very hot in a summer night. Sometimes, if the other neighbours in the building are being noisy, it can be hard to sleep as the sound travels easily through all the building when the windows are open, which is most of the times because of the heat. Overall, I had a good experience. I would come back to the same flat.

Perfect location in the centre of Madrid, close to the musea. Nice appartment, very clean and quiet. And a wonderfull host who did everytthing to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Mooi ingericht appartement met heerlijk bed. Heel gunstig gelegen in het centrum van Madrid vlakbij het grote bus/metro/treinstation Atocha. Hartelijke gastvrouw.

Appartement très bien situé. Le seul petit défaut est la mauvaise insonorisation entre les différentes pièces de l'appartement. Le quartier est calme et pourtant situé à proximité immédiate de la gare d'Atocha. Hôte sympathique et de bon conseil concernant les bons plans de Madrid. Le séjour fut très agréable.

Apartamento bien situado en buen estado y bien equipado!!! La unica desventaja es que no hay intimidad, ya que la dueña entra cuando le da la gana sin tocar a la puerta....

Je loue régulièrement avec wimdu et je viens de m'apercevoir qu'il fallait faire attention, il n'y a aucun contrôle des appartements. Cet appartement n'était pas en centre de Madrid. L'un d'entre nous est resté coincé dans la salle de bain pendant une heure parce que la serrure était cassée, tout était ruiné dans l'appartement. Une fenêtre ne fermait pas, les chasse d'eau étaient hors d'usage. Le lave vaisselle (important pour nous qui étions 6) ne fonctionnait évidemment pas, il n'y avait pas assez de vaisselle pour 6 alors que l'appartement est prévu soit disant au moins pour 6. Un peu déçu par le site. Cela manque de sérieux. Jean-François PONCIN

nous n'avons pas été logés dans l'appartement prévu mais dans un autre plus près du centre et donc plus bruyant mais fonctionnel et près de tout. Bon accueil malgré heure d'arrivée tardive. Globalement location satisfaisante, un bémol pour l'odeur de cigarette bien présente dans les chambres.

El apartamento no era este por un problema informático pero la verdad que fue una minucia. El apartamento es compartido, estaba Araceli la dueña, la casa es grande, super equipado y bien comunicado con el centro de Madrid con metro y bus en una zona residencial y muy tranquila. La atención de Araceli fue excepcional y muy amable se nota que lleva tiempo dedicándose a eso informándonos de la ciudad perfectamente. Aprovecho para darle las gracias por todo ya que no nos pudimos despedir de ella. RECOMENDABLE
