Welcome to my cosy apartment in the heart of Munich with
- 1 sleeping room with a queen-size bed,
- 1 living room with TV, sleeping couch, dining corner
- 1 kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker
- and 1 bath room with toilet and bathtub.
The whole apartment has about 45 squares meters and is on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a quiet housing area.
The apartment is located in the district called Neuhausen. Neuhausen is the district in the north west of Munich between the Olympiapark (1 km) and the historic center (3 km). The area is really safe and a lot of families live there. But only a few minutes per walk you have nightlife with all the restaurants and bars. Munich has a very efficient public transportation system (underground, bus and tramway). The next tramway station is only 3 minutes away. The city of Munich has a lot of attractions to offer for all ages and tastes. Whether you are interested in history, architecture or art. It is also famous for its Oktoberfest in September. In a day trip you can also go to the famous castles in Neuschwanstein, Chiemsee, etc. Enjoy also the nature in the Bavarian Alps or in the Bavarian Forest
