Hi. Our offer is a cozy, neat and tidy 1 king size bed room in a nice housing locality in Singapore. We are brother and sister from France and occupy the other two rooms ( master bedroom included), and remaining room is open for travelers/visitors/students for short stays.
The room is lively,well equipped, far big enough for one person, just right for two people. Its well ventilated and equipped with all basic needs - Built in wardrobe, 24 hrs wireless internet access for free, with aircon,washing facilities, private bathroom with toilets en suite. We provide the bed sheets, the bath towels and other linens. Other amenities nearby are a pool,gym inside the compound that you can access for free and food courts within 5 minute walking distance.
The MRT (Singapore's public transport system) is 10 minutes walk tops... getting anywhere in the city is convenient and easy from here. Easy to go visiting or touring around Singapore from here. You are close from the Botanic Garden, the Marina, Orchad, and all main central interest points.

GENERAL INFO: Home stay's are a good option for Singapore, if you wanna save on the money you would otherwise spend on a hotel for short stays which can be very expensive. A decent hotel room where families can stay, will cost between 150sgd and above. Anything below that, you may want to think twice about going if ur with family.. cheaper hotels are known for certain unpleasant reasons be careful :)
