House rules

A deposit is required upon delivery of the keys, for an amount of € 300 in cash.
Obviously, this deposit will be refunded upon departure if the apartment is in good condition (no damage, cleaning done).
A receipt signed by me will be returned with the amount of the deposit.
So far, all the previous tenants have recovered their deposit in full and I never had to see the damage so do not be the first! ☺

When Arriving a deposit of € 300 in cash, Will Be Asked.
Of course this deposit Will Be give it back to you When checking out if no damage and the cleaning of the apartment has-been done.
A paper signed by me, Will Be give it to you with the Amount of your deposit to give back to you When checking out.
I Have Never Had Any problem till now, for the deposit with anyone.

Samen met vriendinnen een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Vriendelijke ontvangst, alles volgens de afspraken. Goede ligging. Alles aanwezig. Rustig. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

We stayed as a couple with our 18 year old twins and had a great stay. Beautiful quirky apartment with all one needs for a comfortable stay. Weather too cold to make the best of the balcony but great views. really felt like a home from home and so much better than staying in a hotel. Really close to metro and great bistro on corner and two boulangeries nearby and supermarket across the road. F was charming and very welcoming. Not a huge amount of privacy upstairs so you would want to know your fellow travellers pretty well but ideal for a family.

A very nice and charming apartment, near to public transportation - buses and metro. Farid, our host, was very helpful and I will recommend my friends to stay here if they go to Paris. In all, we had a very pleasant stay. And I long back!

Agréablement surpris par le calme et l'ambiance très "artiste" du quartier qui est près du canal St Martin et de Montmartre finalement. L'appartement est original, très bien équipé et très agréable, manque un peu d'intimité : pas de chambre fermée et sanitaires un peu juste pour 6. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié de ne pas avoir à acheter les indispensables comme le café, etc.

Toll renovierte Wohnung, die den Charme eines Altbaus mit modernen, individuellen Elementen verbindet. Die Wohnung liegt erstaunlich ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro. Wir (2 Erwachsene / 2 Jugendliche) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und der abendliche Blick von der Dachterasse auf Sacre Coeur ist Paris pur. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne mal wieder kommen.

Notre sejour s'est tres bien passe. Appartement tres interessant, nous avons bien profite de la terrasse pour nos petits dejeuners et diners ! une terrasse en plein Paris ! appartement tres calme aussi la nuit car donne sur une cours. Proprietaire tres tres agreable et toujours disponible. Sejour parfait !

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man benötigt (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder). Trotz der zentralen Lage in Paris sehr ruhig, Metro Station ganz nahe, besonders die Dachterasse mit Blick auf Sacre Coeur haben wir genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Auto kann im Parkhaus in der Nähe abgestellt werden, Parken vor dem Haus nur zum Ent- und Beladen des Gepäcks möglich.
