Amazing house for 12 in Lucca (Villi.)

L'hôte n'a pas été Andréa, (Est-ce quelqu'un d'une agence ? ) L'appartement est vaste, une très grande chambre avec un grand lit 2 presonnes et un une place, une chambre 1 lit 2 personnes. Grand salon salle à manger (avec 2 banquettes, un lit 1 place), la cuisine manque un peu d'équipement (minuscule cafetière à l'Italienne, et une autre à capsules (pas vraiment pratique, mais elle fait de l'eau chaude !). Emplacement idéal dans une rue commerçante tout près du palais Pitti. Au premier étage et TRES calme. Florence est une ville superbe, les distances se parcourrent à pied facilement. A proximité une superette bein achalandée, une boulangerie aussi ... Bref pratique, de l'espace du calme. On y reviendra. Attention ménage et charges en plus du prix.

Ho passato il periodo di capodanno con il mio gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è bellissima e molto accogliente e siamo stati accolto con grande ospitalitá. Siamo rimasti così contenti che ci faremo un pensierino anche per una prossima estate, visto che c'è anche la piscina!!

un monolocale molto accogliente e a soli 20 min dal centro!La location inoltre si trova alle spalle della Fortezza da basso, piacevole il tragitto, un prezzo davvero conveniente per essere a firenze. ottima la pulizia e la disponibilità della signora.

Appartement bien situé, tout est accessible à pied, Florence est vraiment une ville magnifique et les gens sont très accueillants. Petit bémol sur le logement en lui même qui est bruyant (au bord d'une voie ferrée et surtout système de chauffage/clim tellement bruyant qu'il faut l'éteindre la nuit). Absence de conseils sur la ville et le quartier car le logement est loué par l'intermédiaire d'une agence. Prendre aussi en considération les frais de nettoyage obligatoires de 40€ +3€ par jour (chauffage/clim) non compris dans le prix indiqué

Nuestra vista a Florencia resultó ser muy agradable entre otras cosas gracias al apartamento. El espacio es apropiado para una pareja y tiene todos los implementos necesarios. La ubicación no es precisamente la mejor si lo que interesa es pasear por el centro histórico, pero hay líneas de bus cerca al apartamento que en menos de 10 minutos te llevan al centro. El apartamento no cuenta con wifi lo cual le resta puntos. Los costos diarios de agua, energía y calefacción adicionales al valor del alquiler así como el fee de limpieza me parecieron excesivos y deben tenerse en cuenta a la hora de comparar alternativas.

Studio agréable un peu bruyant car ligne du tram passe en bas de l'immeuble ce qui ne nous a pas empéché de passer un superbe séjour. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de garer nos vélos dans le hall de l'appartement. Nous n'avons pas vu Andréa mais nous avons eu l'occasion de constater sa sympathie, sa disponibilité par téléphone.

The apartment was only 100 yards from the famed Ponte Vecchio, yet once inside We found a haven of quietness away from the bustle of the crowded Florence streets. The apartment itself was comfortable and well appointed, and, best of all, boasted enough space to swing not one, but several cats! The key holder was most helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this property but it is not for everyone. On the positive side this is definitely an authentic tuscan experience (as advertised). Stigliano is a tiny hamlet with true tuscan charm right down to the roosters crowing in the morning. It is perfectly located for spending a few days exploring tuscany. A car is mandatory. The apartment had tons of charm and was very spacious. The swimming pool was refreshing, well kept, private, and surrounded by the rolling hills. Unfortunately, we only got to use it once because of the rain. Speaking of the rain....we had a torrential downpour which revealed a roof that leaked. Perhaps the roof could handle a typical rain shower but we had to abandon one bedroom because of this problem. Also the drains in the bathroom showers were poor and we could not run the water very long or it risked overflowing the shower basin. The other aspect of some concern is the fact that the adjacent property which is only meters away is undergoing renovations. It did not disturb our stay as little to no work seemed to be going on at the time we were there but I would certainly explore this issue before making a booking. On a final note I would like to compliment our host Andrea. He was extremely helpful especially when we realized that our daughter had left her leather jacket in the closet of one of the rooms. He made extra special efforts to ensure that the jacket arrived in Rome by courier just prior to our departure. In summary, a well located property for a tour of tuscany, a charming farmhouse, a terrific host. I would recommend it to everyone except for those who prefer more modern and luxurious accommodations.
