Quite small for the prize. Some small problems (no toilet paper, the sleeping couch was shakky (we were scarry to to break it while sleeping). The location is really good. the apartment seems to be very good organised and has a nice style (if you like modern swiss interio design). All together it was very good... 4 stars!

Frank's Penthouse ist einfach so perfekt für einen Kölnbesuch, dass es nicht getoppt werden kann. In den grosszügigen hellen Räumen und auf der Terasse fühlt man sich grad so wohl wie daheim und möchte am liebsten länger bleiben ... oder bald wiederkommen! Sightseeing per pedes klappt 100%-ig - alles ist in guter Gehdistanz zu erreichen! Vielen Dank Frank! Es war ein wunderbares Wochenende!

Köln war einfach genial. Frank´s Apartment hat das ganze noch schöner gemacht. E-Mail Verkehr perfekt, Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, wunderschönes Zimmer, perfekte Lage. 5 Minuten bis zum Hohenzollerring und 15 Minuten bis zum Dom. Es kann fast alles zu Fuß gesehen werden, und das Auto kann sich auf dem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ausruhen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Ein großes Dank an Frank, das alles so gut geklappt hat.

Posizione ottima, a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal Duomo e dalla zona dei negozi, in un quartiere molto bello, vivo e pieno di locali sempre frequentati. Bisogna solo tener conto che la fermata della metro più vicina è a 5/7 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è ben arredato e comodo, anche se la biancheria in dotazione è davvero misera (solo 2 asciugamani piccole e piumini singoli sul letto). La vista non affatto bella ma comunque l'appartamento è molto luminoso.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und außergewöhnlich. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick und die direkte Umgebung bietet eine gute Auswahl zum shoppen, spazieren und essen. Seher zu empfehlen, komme gerne wieder.
