Nice and cost efficient Guest Apartment in Vienna Centre (LA 11-12)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung, alles lief problemlos, gute Lage, jederzeit wieder zu empfehlen für Reisende mit mehreren Personen.....

Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen und schön eingerichtet mit Blick auf den Stephansdom. Der Kontakt zu unseren Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und verlief reibungslos. Als Familienwohnung super, da ausreichend Zimmer und Platz zum Spielen, der Supermarkt, die U-Bahn und der Prater gleich um die Ecke sind. So macht eine Städtereise auch mit drei Kindern Spass - danke!!

Bel appartement. Simple et efficace, y'a tout ce dont on a besoin pour un court séjour. Par contre pas de Wifi, prévoyez votre routeur !!!

Pros: - just in front of the Metro (you can easily reach every zone of the city in a few minutes) - spacious and bright apartment Cons: - the website description page says that there's a wifi connection: it's not true, there's just a cable connection - the toilet is very small and the washbow in in another room (that's quite unconfortable)

Sehr nette Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe. Viele Schlafmöglichkeiten ( 3 Schlafzimmer ). U-Bahn vor dem Haus.

I had a very nice time in Walter's apartment: it's roomy and confortable and there's everything you need to feel at home. It has a good location: in that district you can find lots of shops and the underground U1 is just at the corner of the buildings. The owners are very kind ad ready to give any information you need. Nice appartment in an old building. It was clean. Lots of space. You can sleep in three separate rooms. Beds are firm but good. Furniture was good. Enough towels. We enjoyed our stay. Metro just out of the door. Supermarket and bakery nearby. The appartment lacks airco. When its warm, you have to open the windows. Outside is a lot of trafficnoise. When the window is closed, most of the noise is shut out. Friendly and coöperative landlady. Katharina!

L'hôte que nous n'avons pas rencontré était particulièrement complaisant dans les indications et les réponses à nos questions avant le départ. L'appartement est parfait et très bien situé avec le métro qui se trouve en bas de l'immeuble. La photo se trouvant dans votre présentation ne correspond pas exactement à l'appartement qui en réel est mieux. Par exemple autour de la table nous avons trouvé des fauteuils au lieu des chaises que l'on voit sur la photo.

Huset var under genopretning og så lidt spøjst ud. Men lejligheden var fin og alt fungerede indenfor, ligesom elevatoren udenfor. Med umiddelbar nedgang direkte til Wiens fremragende U-bane, kan beliggenheden ikke være bedre (og der er helt stille om atten). Kun 2-times parkering i nærheden (mod betaling af 4 €) mandag-fredag kl.9-22, men fri parkering lørdag og søndag. Et fint køb for prisen !!!
