Large bright WG room

Sebastian ist ein netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Leider ist sein Zimmer nur durch eine Tür von dem Gästezimmer getrennt ist. Und leider bekommt Sebastian auch spät in der Nacht noch Besuch mit dem er dann bis zum nächsten Vormittag feiert. Von drei Nächten konnte ich max. 1,5 Nächte schlafen.

Gentile Wimdu, non so quale sia il vostro criterio di selezione, ma, se volevo rave party, caos, e techno a manetta, mi pagavo una stanza in discoteca. A parte la casa poco pulita, ho dovuto fare le pulizie del bagno e della cucina, giusto perché erano in comune fra me Sebastian e un sacco di gente che continuava ad entrare e uscire dalla casa. Premetto che sono usa ad ospitare gente straniera qui in Italia, sono iscritta al couchsurfing e altre strutture. premetto che ho tutt altro modo di accogliere l ospite e di farlo sentire a proprio agio e non in un continuo giro di droghe, musica e caos. Ho pagato una stanza per dormire. Sebastian troppo giovane o irresponsabile per sapere accogliere e gestire la clientela.Lui è gentile ma deve mettere sull annuncio che la sua casa è un porto di mare anche di notte e che la sua stanza è al 4 piano di una via molto trafficata, così ci si regola. Ho dormito meglio in ostelli a 10 letti. grazie prof fraccaro

Ein äußerst sympathischer und netter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich gleich wohlfühlte. Die gesamten Absprachen im Vorfeld waren unkompliziert und zuverlässig; die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden.Wer nach Berlin reist, zentral wohnen will und einen hilfsbereiten Host sucht, ist bei Sebastian genau richtig.

Very friendly and accomodating host. Sebastian managed to be here at our arrival and gave us good advices. The place is nice and clean and fits the description. I recommend it.

Es ist wirklich ein großes helles Zimmer in einer interessanten (lebendigen) Gegend. Sebestian ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Alles paletti!

My first experience in Berlin is was wonderful and great!!! The room is spaciously, comfortable, shiny and quiet. Internet, nice kitchen and the neigh board is just in the central location. Nearly all transportation for tourist attraction. Safely and family. Sebastian, is gentlemen, friendly and helpfulness person. I´m recommend his room ! Enjoy Berlin!!! Chau chau G. Maioli

Super Lage, wünderschönes Zimmer und extrem saubere und gemütliche Altbauwohnung insgesamt! Sebastian ist total unkompliziert und nett. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Very nice and very helpful person. Amazing and clean apartment, close to buses and metro. Easy to reach every part of Berlin.

Nice, sunny, large room in large apartment, very well located. Nice host too, friendly, helpful & easy going. Would always stay there again.
