Lovely & Sunny 3 bedroom Apartment

We have great time in Barcelona, accommodation was very nice, superb conntact to Luca, he was very helpful. I can absolutely recommend this host !

My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment in May 2013. When we arrived at the apartment we were greeted by a very sweet couple, who introduced the apartment for us and gave us a detailed explanation of Barcelona. The apartment appeared clean and tidy and had the facilities we needed. A small minus was the terrace which sloped quite a bit. In addition, the quilt was a common quilt, which does not do anything good for our night's sleep :-) All in all it was a nice apartment, with a very authentic atmosphere - we would definitely recommend this apartment for young couples!

Appartement très sympa et Lucas très accueillant. Le seul bémol est le resto en dessous de l'appartement. Mais bon on ne vient pas à Barcelone pour dormir....

Hm, tja, wo fängt man an? OK - der erste Eindruck: altes Haus, Treppenaufgang in den 3. Stock eng, alles blättert ab - und dann: es ist zwar eine Wohnung, aber mit den Mietern "mit dabei" - und Bad und Toilette teilt man miteinander. Für den privaten Bereich gibt es nur ein Zimmer, aber das reicht eigentlich - wenn man mal davon absieht, dass man lieber nichts in den Schrank hängt - riecht etwas moderig. Zu den Mietern: die sind sehr, sehr nett - und man bekommt gleich wenn man aus dem Balkon vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht, einen Eindruck vom Leben in Barcelona - quirlig, etwas verrückt - aber dafür fährt man dorthin. Lage: perfekt, Metro in nur 2 Minuten zu erreichen, und alles andere: siehe die Vorberichte. Ich würde das "Zimmer" nur den Leuten empfehlen, die leicht in den 3. Stock kommen, denen es nichts ausmacht, mit anderen Bad und Toilette zu teilen. Für Familien denke ich, ist es leider nichts - ansonsten: vielleicht sieht man sich wieder - Danke für die Tipps, Alex ...

De accomodatie was netjes en rustig en, zoals beloofd, vlakbij de Sagrada Familia, wat toch een centraal punt is in Barcelona. Ter plaatse aangekomen kregen we, naast de sleutels, een kaartje en wat duidelijke tips over resteaurants, de metro en bezienswaardigheden - maar voor dat laatste hadden we natuurlijk zelf ook al een lijstje. Wij zijn aldus de meeste tijd op pad geweest, maar één avond hebben we thuis doorgebracht. Het werd een gezellige avond met onze host die zelf overigens ook veel weg was. Als ik toch wat negatiefs moet zeggen is het dat de douche en het keukentje vrij krap waren. Verder alleen goede ervaringen :)

I spent 6 days in this apartment which is located in the city of Barcelona. Lucas has advised us the best place to visit. You will share the apartment with Nuria, a very friendly girl. The Sagrada Familia Metro Station is at 7 minutes walk. The room matches the picture of the announcement, but there is no sofa in the living room as shown in the photo.

The apartment is in a perfect location, the beds were comfortable. The fridge kept our drinks cold, what else do you wish if you travel to Barcelona?! Luca was very friendly and more than helpful both prior and while our stay in Barcelona. adios and see you next time.

The hosts Alex/Luca and Violetta are great people and take really good care of there guests. The location is perfect in the centre, near the beach and other places of interest. The accomodations is great and you can use the nice kitchen and ''dining room''. There are two bedrooms for hire (I didn't realise), so you might have to share the common space, which was fine as well. One room is a lot bigger then the other, I would suggest to book the bigger one if possible, I found the other room actually a bit too small. But overall I would absolutly recomand this accomodation. Everything went perfect. Our room in the Apartment was very nice. The communication was excellent. We would stay there any time.
