CHARMING APARTMENT - NEAR CENTER + WIFI

Hallo Thomas und Martina! Ich habe mich vom 27.04.2013 - 28.04.2013 in eurem Appartment sehr wohlgefühlt! Besonders hat mir die Freiheit gefallen. Sprich: Empfang persönlich, und dann konnte ich tun, was ich zu tun hatte, und bei meiner Abreise hat mir am besten der "Schlüsseltresor" gefallen! Ich brauchte niemanden belästigen und konnte zu meiner Zeit wieder Abreisen. Es hat mir das ganze Umfeld sehr gut gefallen. Ich werde, wenn ich wieder in Wien etwas zu tun habe, Euch wieder kontaktieren. Liebe Grüße bis dahin, Werner Berger aus Tirol.

Strömender Regen in Wien, Aprilwetter, tausende Touristen vor den üblichen Attraktionen, missmutige Menschen in den U-Bahnen und Trams.... und dann ist da ein Ort, wo man abschalten kann, bei einer Tasse Tee zur Ruhe kommen kann. Genau das war für mich das Apartment von Thomas&Martina. Das Apartment ist genau so wie auf den Fotos, als ob hier noch jemand wohnen würde und genau das macht den Charme aus. Ein übergrosses Hotelzimmer sozusagen, mit seiner typischen Privatheit, Sauberkeit und Anonymität, aber eben der persönlichen Note. Hier kann man gut zu Ruhe kommen! Auch die Gegend ist sehr sehr ruhig, ein großer Supermarkt und gute Tramverbindungen sind jedoch in maximal 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Beim Check-In gab es eine sehr nette und kurze Begrüßung von Thomas, dazu ein paar Kulturtips, so kam ich zu einer tollen Sonderausstellung im Leopoldmuseum. Danke und sicherlich bis bald wieder einmal!

Mir hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Für einen Altbau war alles sehr sauber. Da ich an 3 Tagen zu einem Seminar in die Dornbacher Str. mußte, war die Lage für mich perfekt. Mit den Öffis kommt man überall sehr schnell hin! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat per E-Mail super funktioniert. Ebenso die Schlüsselübergabe. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich, dass ich schon sehr lange nicht mehr soo gut geschlafen habe wie hier! Ich habe es als besonders ruhig empfunden und die Räume lassen sich mit den Rollos gut abdunkeln. Es war alles da, was ich brauchte (PC, Fön, Handtücher,...). Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt - gleich vom ersten Tag an! Vielen Dank Thomas & Martina, ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist sehr gut, man kann alles schnell erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Wien bin, würde ich gerne wieder dort wohnen wollen. Gruß Stefan

Habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ich wurde wie vereinbart begrüßt. Das Appartement liegt ruhig und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat das Gefühl, der Besitzer ist nur kurz weg und hat alles dagelassen um sich zuhause zu fühlen. Von den Zimmerpflanzen bis zur Details in der Küche. Mit Wlan und dem IMac braucht man auf Internet, TV oder Mailzugang nicht verzichten. Sehr zentral mit U Bahn und Straßenbahn ganz nah, In 6 Minuten ist man am Schottentor. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke.

séjour fort agréable le contact avec Thomas s'est passé excellemment malgré la langue l'appartement était très chaleureux il ne manquait rien du tout le plus certainement est le fait qu'il y ait leur ordinateur à disposition ce qui nous permettait de planifier nos visites. nous recommandons cet appartement sans aucuns problème.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement ungefähr 10 minuten von der U Bahn entfernt. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Appartement hat alles das man braucht, gute Küchen, Wohnzimmer, TV und i Mac. Sehr sauber und gemütliche einrichtung.

Guten Tag liebe Leute! Ich befinde mich nicht jeden Tag am PC, deshalb antworte ich erst jetzt. Unser Aufenhalt in Wien war sehr schön ! Unser erster Eindruck von WIMDU ist sehr positiv und ich werde / wir werden in Zukunft erneut auf Euch zukommen!! Unkompliziert und fließende Abwicklung, trotz meines anfänglich erzeugten "Chaoses". I am also very pleased to be away from your flat because of disgusting stairs to your apartment, and full of spice bottles for exhibition in the kitchen, too many plastic flowers and too small sleeping room . Why you put too many bottles of spice while the flat is for renting? Moreover, you wrote that is not allowed to use. I did not catch your interest in writing so long email. You might be conflict seeking person. Please find answers to your long letter. - Regarding tlf nr: I want to make me sure, and it is better to ask twice than never. - Confusion question? For God sake you may be a troublesome person. Since I do not know German I asked for information regarding your apartment in English, . - In terms of arrival time: I was not late even I was in time before the front door of the block. I also think what sort of people you are? Maybe you like men who are drunk. Since I could not find yours names beside one of the buttons, nor top12, I rang on the bell of one of the flats to find if they knew you. One came out with having a bottle of beer in his hand and asked me who I was for I was not living in the block. I told them I was a tenant looking for charming flat and can not find any sign to it on the list, nor the names of Miss Martina and Mr. Thomas. They told me they did not know any charming flat in that block, nor knew yours name. At that time, a young Austrian lady came and helped me. - Neither your, nor Thomas name was written beside any of the buttons. Also I could not find the name of your self- chosen patent name” charming apartment” beside any of the buttons. You may be afraid of something else. In Scandinavia, name of living people in the block are written beside buttons to flats. And that is ok for not ringing to unknown people. - Regarding speaking to Thomas: You are renter and want to make money for renting yours flat. Thomas ought to explained things about the apartment. I did not accuse him for not talking to me, but too short. I wrote that he was very hurry. Even he told me he would the day after leave for Hungary. - Regarding email/internet café: I failed to open my mail account to find his tlf nr, and because of security system, a Norwegian can not open his/her email in another country with one try. And should go through security question, and that takes time. The lady who wanted to help me took me to her family. I phoned to my family in Norway to verify tlf nr. My family phoned me too. While I was waiting to a call from my family in Norway, Mr. Thomas phoned me. Did happen a miserable lost for you for a telephone call or SMS? Why are you renting a small flat for high rent, and not daring to accept a very negligible expense? What about paying tax? - If it is concerned electricity, I knew you are manipulating with electricity and want to keep your tenants to freeze. You made a button for keeping the flat cool and manipulating. If one does not hear click of the button would freeze at night. You are not giving your apartment free, but renting and making money. - Moreover,this is an apartment for renting. I never cooked there. I was too tired because of participating in congress. I always ate out. I took just one time a shower. Are not you ashamed of your’s claiming regarding the apartment electricity. - I am sure you have well developed conscience? I did not leave the lights on. If it did happen. It is winter time. You make money for renting the flat. You have to check your charming apartment with too small sleeping room and too many plastic flowers after a tenant leave it.. - You lie. I left the heating button less than 20. I did not leave save box for the keys open, and I had checked it twice. Are you used to lie? Do you sleep well with your moral and it seems you are used to lie? For God sake, I never cooked in the flat. I just had made me three glasses of tea during 4 nights. I went to congress at 7 o’clock, and had returned to the flat between 20 -21: 00. Had I made your flat dirty? Be ashamed of your comment and email. - If it happened to come to Vienna, I need not to choose your charming apartment. It finds many sites announcing flats for renting out. Moreover, I make enough money to pay for a room in a hotel. I did it for a purpose. I also sent this letter to WIMDU to judge and find the reality. I ask you to find suitable and an easy job to could manage and without being in need to humiliate people by lying. You wrote shit? An educated person would not write like you did. - I understood you are very manipulative, a pathological liar, and not polite. I would not read any mail and letter from you more.
