Equiped Studio near the Marais

wir waren 5 Tage in Paris. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen nur ein paar Meter zur Metro und im nuh waren wir mit der Metro bei sämtlichen Sehenswürdikeiten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichten und sauber. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen beide das irgendwann nochmal wiederholen.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this lovely studio apartment for a short Christmas break and we absolutely loved it. The apartment itself is generous in size for a studio apartment and has some great views over the streets below. The apartment was fully kitted out with all of the necessaries which made for a very easy and comfortable stay there. Absolutely no problems at all and everything was very well thought out and taken care of. Very homely feel! The apartment was a 30 second walk away from the nearest metro which made travelling into the centre and to other arrondissements very easy. The beautiful Canal Saint-Martin is a 2 minute walk around the corner, with some great cocktail bars and cafe's. I genuinely cannot think of a single bad thing to say about the apartment and it's surrounding areas. We had an incredible time in Paris staying in the Studio and we will most definitely be staying there again.

Séjour magique dans ce studio très bien équipé et très bien situé. Quartier populaire parisien très vivant. Un point de chute idéale pour un séjour a Paris. Philippe est une personne ouverte et très agréable. En peu de mots : A très bientôt !

excellent!!! L'appartement: très propre, ça sentait bon partout, très bien équipé, équipements et ustensiles sont nouveaux et pas usagées comme dans d'autres studio..., bien chauffé, bien éclairé, lit confortable, bien décoré et une agréable vue. Le parquet au sol et les poutres apparentes au plafond lui donnent un bon caché! Je me suis senti indépendante et confiante sans avoir les hôtes trop présent (un studio on sait comment ça fonctionne). Très bonne expérience :)

Lovely studio in an excellent location. Perfect weekend in Paris; our experience could not be better - helpful and attentive hosts together with a clean, comfortable studio with all the necessities and added extras such as wifi, tea, coffee and towels. Recommend to everyone and will definitely be back!

Het appartement Philippe heeft de verwachtingen meer dan waar gemaakt. Het is gezellig ingericht, verzorgd en schoon. Het is wel op de derde verdieping, dus conditie wel vereist ;-), Als uitvalsbasis voor Parijs helemaal perfect. Metro om de hoek dus heel Parijs makkelijk te bereiken. Wij komen graag weer eens terug. Een echte aanrader dus.

It was a nice apartment. Located abt 15mins from main attractions. Quite quiet. Nice cute decor. Shower was fine but there is no curtain so make sure you dont make a mess!

The studio is nice and clean, equipped with modern furniture and suited even for a long stay; we found in the studio many suggestions about how to travel in Paris and places worth visiting. The location is very good, very close to the metro entrance and the neighborhood is full of nice bistrots and bar for a happy hour or a typical french dinner. We will surely come back next time we'll visit Paris
