CENTRO,Cibeles-Recoletos-Gran Via,Luxury, Centrally located

The apartment is in an excellent location, in the lovely neighbourhood of Chueca. Market, shops, bars & restaurants all nearby. This is actually only a suite, bedroom and bath, in a shared apartment with many other rooms. Not clear to me when booking, but it was a decent size and private. We're it clean, I would rate it very well but this is where the problem lies. Our bathroom was simply dirty: around the sink, behind the toilet and especially the shower stall. Not only was the door covered in soap scum and streaks, but there was black mould in both corners. When showering, tendrils of it swim in the water you're standing in and bits come off. The tub fills up rapidly because of the poor water pump which groans loudly every time water is run in anything (sink, shower, flushing toilet). We left a note on day 2 requesting cleaning of these items specifically but no luck. Modest accommodations ok but there is no excuse for lack of proper cleaning.

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist absolut klasse. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut, das Bad war sauber, Wifi gut. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, kleine Mängel (Glühbirne) wurden schnell behoben. Die Gemeinschaftsküche, als solche nicht eindeutig beschrieben, war nicht immer sauber (wegen anderer Gäste), besonders die Spüle. Nicht tolerierbar waren Insekten, die im Bereich der Lebensmittelschränke in der Küche umherliefen. Dünne Wände liessen uns am stetig starken Husten des Nachbarns teilhaben. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der Mitarbeiter freundlich und höflich. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber recht angenehm.

Experiencia positiva en Madrid, vivienda cercana a casi todos los puntos del centro, por lo que casi no es necesario coger el metro. No se detalla en la descricpión que la cocina es comunitaria, aunque no hay problema para cocinar a casi cualquier hora.

Un agradable puente en Madrid, la casa en sitio muy céntrico y tranquilo, junto al barrio de Chueca muy animado, a la calle Serrano y barrio de Salamanca y a la Cibeles, tres bocas de metro y sus correspondientes lineas a 5 minutos y Renfe cercanías al lado. Limpio y trato cordial. A tener en cuenta para próximas visitas.

Lugar muy bien ubicado a pasos de La Cibeles, la habitación es muy comoda y amplia. El anfitrión muy amable . Para recomendar.

Clean and neat accommodation, great value for money and excellent location for any Madrid visitor!

Desde que llegamos nos encantó la ubicación, perfecta y centrica. La habitación muy limpia, olor impecable. Cómoda. Los demás huéspedes muy amables. Wifi, ducha, cable, etc. Libertad para cocinar. En general muy contentos con nuestra estancia.
