100 meters away from the apartment there is the subway station "Verdaguer". Through it, passes the Yellow line (L-4) and Blue line (L-5). Yellow line is perfect to go directly to the old town (Cathedral, Picasso Musseum, Las Ramblas), the beach and the marina. If you take Blue line, you can go to Football Club Barcelona and Sagrada Familia
Also a few meters away there are many means of transport: Bus, train and “L’ Estació Del Nord” (Girona Airport Buses).

Beautiful apartment of 50m2 for 4-6 people. It has air conditioner in all rooms, central heating, free Wi-Fi and full equipped kitchen.
Apartment on the 5th floor with elevator. So that's gives many light and a relaxed atmosphere. Renovated in May 2010, hydraulic floors and coffering were restored as all the building.

* Small Double Room: 2 Beds 90 x 180cm.
* Optional of 2 additional beds.
BATHROOM: bathroom with big shower and hairdryer.
KITCHEN: It has all kind of devices: a stove, a fridge, microwaves, oven, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron & iron board and all you need for cooking and eating.
The apartment is given with sheets & duvets, towels (2 per person) and 2 sets of keys.
Also we will give you a welcome pack for the first 2 nights: shower gel and hand soap, 2 hygienic paper rolls, dishwashing liquid, washing powder and cloths.
