Apartment with Balcony in Le Marais

This lovely apartment is perfectly situated in the great neighborhood of Le Marais. The host was very responsive and easily available via phone and email. The unit itself is very spacious for Europe standards. The balcony is great for the morning coffee with croissant while looking at the Paris skyline and Eiffel Tower. The street where it is located is a busy one and the noise carries a bit inside, but then again you are in one of the largest and best) cities in the world, so enjoy it...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und prima gelegen, allerdings sehr hellhörig (Nachbarn!), der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Todo se desarrolló muy bien. Anne Marie y Cesar fueron muy amables y correctos con nosotros.

el apartamento esta bien, tal vez un poco mas pequeño de lo que se ve en las fotos. La situacion bastante buena y zona tranquila, muy cerca de estacion de metro y autobus. Muchas tiendas donde comprar cercanas (alimentacion). Ane marie muy agradable, hubo un pequeño lio enla hora de entrada pero se soluciono bien. Un apartamento al que volveria

Non sapevano del nostro arrivo! L'appartamento preparato male, poco pulito e pieno di oggetti personali, mancava l'armadio e biancheris per 2 persone, scarsa comunicazione e professionalità. Buona l'ubicazione e dintorni.

complimenti tutto quello che si vede e' reale. alloggio pulito funzionale per giovani o persone non piu' giovani zona ottima per gli spostamenti qurtire con bistrot meno cari del centro con ottimo cibo . giudizio generale ottima soluzione

Um apartamento muito bem localizado, extremamente fácil de chegar em qualquer lugar de Paris, pois está muito perto do metrô, apenas 5 minutos caminhando. É espaçoso, confortável, e com ótima estrutura, estávamos em 5 pessoas e foi excelente, jantamos, tomamos café com todo conforto. Recomendaria a todos, é um ótimo lugar pra ficar em Paris, ainda mais na companhia de amigos. Excelent apartment, very well located, extremely close to the metro station, only 5 minutes walking, and with a great structure, spacious, and confortable. We were in 5 friends and we had a great time in Paris in this place.

Apartment was perfect and close to everything we needed. Annemarie was very helpful and provided us with much information. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay and there was plenty of room for us and our teenage daughter. Would strongly recommend this apartment to others :)

Appartement très bien agencé, propre, bien équipé, confortable, bien insonorisé. Literie confortable. Hôte très sympathique et à disposition. L'appartement nous a vraiment plus et nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Bons petits restaurants juste à côté. A recommander sans aucun doute.
