Calm Apartment at Gare de L'Est

Die Wohnung ist o k und ganz zentral. Betten sind gut und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Leider war zum vereinbaren Check in niemand da und wir erreichten überall nur die Mailbox. Erst nach über 3 bangen Stunden erhielten wir eine Rückmeldung vom beauftragten Housekeeper und konnten in die noch nicht gereinigte Wohnung einziehen. Die Reinigungsgebühren, die wir mit der Buchung bezahlen mussten, wurden uns jedoch auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht erstattet.

Appartement spacieux et tranquille dans un quartier vivace. Bien située pour faire les excursions au métro, RER où bus. Rien n'a manqué. Je le louererais une deuxième fois.

It's a nice apartment, modern and full equiped. Clean. Very well connected. Is close to several subway stations, RER and bus. It´s ideal for young couples or friends. Bohemians zone. Alexander is charming and willing to help you in all you need.

Very nice appartment in a tipically parisian building, very well connected (anyway we hired parisian bikes "Velib" for our rides around town). We felt like locals here, that was the idea. =0)

C'est un joli appartement bien conçu. On y dort au calme. Par sa situation, on fait ses courses, on prend rapidement le métro et le bus est tout près. Il est situé dans un quartier animé. A pied, il est centré et permet de faire de belles balades dans les quartiers de Paris. Très bon accueil à l'appartement. Bref, on recommande.

Perfectly located and nicely furnished, this apartment fulfilled all our desires during our stay in Paris. Alexander was a brilliant host, communication worked good, and he was present to greet us and give us hints on the environs. Deposit fee was returned on the same day of our departure, all was very well. Return visit is intended...

tres bel appartement et surtout avec une situation exceptionnelle en bordure du palais royal.

The appartment was perfectly placed in the middle of Paris. Since it opened into a nice internal courtyard there was no problems with noise - rather an accompishment in the middle of a large city! I stayed there for a week with my 2 children and we should have used the washing machine and thereby could have left half our luggage at home -that would have made our travel much easier :-) Thanks to Alexander for letting out this flat! Really good accommodation. Went there with my family and we all had a lovely time. The flat was clean and the location was great too. Would definitely go back and recommend.
