No Smoking. If you really can't refrain from smoking, please do it at the window being careful that the smoke does not enter the room.
Please make sure you close the elevator's doors when you leave it, or it won't work for the next person.
You will be required to produce a document upon arrival.
No loud music or loud noises in the flat, especially during night time.

As in cities like New York, Paris, Barcelona and many other great European capitals, the room occupancy tax helps Rome guarantee its 24 million tourists per year an improved and ever more efficient welcoming service.
The room occupancy tax is 2€ per night per person (for max 10 nights) and will have to be paid onsite.

We had a great time at Salvatore's apartment. He is a wonderful host, we got the room with private bathroom which was fantastic. We've concluded that when we will visit Rome again it will definitely be at Salvatore's place!

nous avons juste aperçu Salvatore par hasard devant l'appartement. C'est dommage car nous aurions aimé discuter avec lui, et avoir des avis sur les restaurants ou sites à visiter Pas de petit déjeuner inclus dans la prestation, juste quelques gateaux à disposition. L'appartement est grand et bien équipé

Très chouette séjour à Rome. L'appartement est bien placé dans un quartier calme. Notre hôte est très accueillant et donne de tres bons conseils (visites, resto). On a vraiment passé un très bon moment!

Très très bonne adresse! Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de Salvatore qui parle très bien le français ce qui est fort rassurant à l'arrivée! Très bonne situation géographique du logement à 10min à pied de la station Tuscolana pour le train régional, 5min à pied du métro Re di Roma et 15 min à pied du Colisée. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, propres, rangements adaptés. Pas de bruit la nuit! Idéal pour un séjour à Rome! Je recommande+++ Merci encore Salvatore

Wir hatten drei super Tage in Rom. Und das lag auch unserer Unterkunft. Salvatore war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung, insbesondere unser Zimmer sowie das Bad waren schön und sauber. Die Metro-Station war nicht weit entfernt und das Colosseum sogar fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war unser erster Urlaub mit Wimdu und wird bestimmt nicht der letzte sein.

Salvatore ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und man kann sich in der Wohnung heimisch fühlen. Besonders anregend empfand ich den Austausch mit den anderen Gästen. Wenn man weiß, wie es geht, lässt sich die Stadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wunderbar erschließen. Eine angenehme, sehr persönliche Möglichkeit, in einer fremden Stadt zu sein. M.P.
