I rent several cozy rooms in my house.
The room is modern and bright. A terrace can be shared with the tenant of another room. There is a sink in the room. A großesBad is available for shared use.
The room includes a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and utensils. There is a television and Internet access is available. The cabinet has enough storage space for your luggage.
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as public transport.
An additional bed in the room can be arranged at an additional cost. Sheets (monthly € 15, -) and towels (change per € 5, -) can be made.
Second guest sleeps on an Airbed.
Pets are not allowed
The room is cleaned every week, for which a weekly allowance accrues from 10 €
One month's rent as security deposit is payable on arrival.

Public transport
The buses 724, 725, 737 and 738 can be reached in about two minutes walk away. You drive into the city center, main railway station, and to Mettmann in the southern suburbs. The bus 730, about 5 minutes walking distance runs, the show - to reach us in about 30 minutes.

The Dusseldorf airport is the hub of intercontinental North Rhine-Westphalia. Nationally, Düsseldorf is known for its shopping boulevard Königsallee, the old town and the carnival, for the Christmas market and the many national and international festivals and events. The district Gerresheim
Gerresheim is a district located in the city of Düsseldorfund District 07 in the east of the town on the edge of the low-altitude Bergisch land. The formerly independent city is a city of four settlements, which have evolved during the Middle Ages to the modern city of Düsseldorf. The origins of the village are in a nunnery at the 9th Century. The name Gerresheims was known by the resident Gerresheimer glassworks in Germany and beyond. 1909 Gerresheim was incorporated in Düsseldorf, the place has retained parts of the character of an independent town. The district has an area of 6.74 square kilometers.
(The district) Gerresheim lies just 5 kilometers from the city center and Central Station. The distance to the old town is about 6 kilometers from the airport and exhibition center about 15 kilometers.
Despite its central location the property is located in a very quiet area with lots of nature. Jogging, hiking, lakes and forests is well agree with the use of the City.
