HOUSE RULES LIST:
Vandalism and Damages to the property of any kind (including Graffiti, Holes in The Walls, etc.) are NOT accepted, allowed or permitted; whether they are caused by YOU, or anybody that YOU bring into the house. YOU are 100% responsible for any type of damage and if convicted, YOU will be subject to immediate Removal, No Questions Asked.
YOU are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances TO LET ANYBODY INSIDE OF THE HOUSE who is looking for Howard Paul Shore for any reason (when I am NOT HOME!). If you are NOT sure of what to do, then just me at:
Turn the Lights OFF when you are NOT using them, Including Any Fans, Heaters, Air Conditioners, etc. You are NOT paying my HIGH electric bill, so lets use some common sense when it comes to the Electricity. This utility is to be used as a necessity and NOT abused! The HOURS to keep the regular lights turned OFF, including the lamps are from 12:00 a.m. at Midnight until 7:00 a.m. the next morning. COMPUTERS are allowed to be used at any time, no problem! If you have a small lamp for your bed, you can use it at any time!
Absolutely NO ILLEGAL DRUGS shall be conducted, bought or sold or used inside of my House or on the House Property. What you do off the property is your business! Furthermore, we do NOT like to rent to anybody with a DRUG PROBLEM or anyone in Rehabilitation either.
NO ALCOHOLICS PLEASE. Social Drinking is permitted, but I do NOT want to deal with people who come home from a party and they are so drunk and/or noisy/loud that it disturbs the other tenants from sleeping, or whatever!
NO VIOLENCE WILL BE TOLERATED We live in a civilized environment, so we will NOT allow any types of threats, blackmail, fights which include verbal and/or physical, etc.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside my HOUSE, however, YOU can smoke Outside Only! Please also do NOT leave your cigarette butts on any of my grounds which includes the backyard, cement area and/or grass area. Thank you. In other words, please pick up after yourself!
CLEANING & GARBAGE & CLEANLINESS: Please Take Your Trash Out and Clean Up After Yourselves! I am NOT your mom and it is NOT my job to clean up after you, which includes washing your own dishes, taking out YOUR own TRASH, Cleaning up YOUR BATHROOM, YOUR BEDROOM, YOUR KITCHEN, etc. This also Includes Proper Hygiene by Showering on a Regular Basis, Washing Your Clothes and Keeping Your Room Very Clean and Sanitary and Odor Free at all times! We do Not want any diseases and/or bacteria to be spread around the place. Good Hygiene is a MUST in order to stay here, period and if I get any Complaints regarding Your Hygiene and/or Your Room, then You Have Violated the Contract and Must be Evicted and/or Need to Move Out!
TRASH DAY PICK-UP: Friday Mornings (Please Have The Plastic Bins Out On The Street In Front Of The House Ready For Pick-Up!)
MAIL: Everybody gets mail. Whoever collects the mail first should bring it to the main kitchen and have it sitting on the counter for the roommates to go through to figure out which mail is theirs.
THE FRONT DOOR AND ANY OTHER OUTSIDE AND/OR INDOOR DOORS (MUST BE LOCED) AT ALL TIMES. THIS INCLUDES when you come home and when you leave the home for any reason. I am NOT responsible if somebody comes into the place and steals your stuff because somebody forgot to LOCK THE FRONT DOOR or any of the DOORS! This could be grounds for Eviction! We can NOT afford to have somebody coming into our place and stealing, so “BE Responsible!”

NOISE must be kept down to a Minimum, NOT to disturb other tenants from their sleep, between the hours of
12:00 a.m. Midnight until 7:00 a.m. every day. This includes Talking Loud, Loud Snoring, using your Cellular Phones, Radios, Televisions, Stereos, etc.
COOKING that disturbs other people from their sleep between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Midnight until 7:00 a.m. every day is NOT PERMITTED! Please prepare your meals and cook them during NORMAL HOURS.
SHOWERS must be Completed by 12:00 a.m. midnight. This is MY HOME and I have had these RULES established many years ago. Please respect my RULES regarding the SHOWERS!
LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY: Like in most hotels, motels, hostels, etc. we are NO different!
We are NOT responsible for your belongings whether they get lost, go missing and/or are stolen. No Exceptions!
