Nice Apartment Flat 3

Das Appartement liegt im Hinterhof sehr ruhig und schön. Die Kochnische ist gut ausgestattet. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind optimal.Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely little flat, very clean and modern but with a homely feeling to it. I really liked the colourful cushions and red sofa which made the room seem so welcoming from the start. There's a microwave and coffee maker (amongst other things) in the separate little kitchen area, which is perfect for little breaks in-between exploring the city. The flat is located towards the courtyard and therefore very quiet. There's a TV which can be watched while lying in the bed. It's easy to feel like you're really living in this flat!

This apartment simply got all you need for a short stay in Berlin. Tram brings you in Alexanderplatz in just minutes and cozy Kollwitzplatz is a lazy 10 minute stroll. Value for money assured! Tops: - Super convenient kitchen at hand - Flat Screen Television - Safe and relatively quiet neighborhood - Attractive courtyard Reminders: - Apartments like these use a boiler for warm water. This means warm water for showering is going for app. 10 to 15 minutes at one session. - Playing schoolkids are complimentary in the whole area of Prenzlauerberg so keep in mind that you may wake up of children playing their playgrounds.

Ground floor flat with view on the leafy courtyard. It's very modern and stylish, with an open plan kitchen. The whole flat is mainly kept in black and white, with some colourful touches from the flowers. In the kitchen there's everything you need for preparing some meals yourself if you don't feel like going out, there was even oil and spices. Very bright due to the large windows (possible to close with curtains if you want some privacy - but there's no direct neighbours so you don't feel like you're being watched). I particularly liked the old fashioned sink in the bathroom, which kind of clashed with the modern design of the rest of the flat but which gave it an extra little something.

This is a nice and spacious one bedroom apartment with a little kitchen area. It's on the 1st floor and looks onto the courtyard, so it's very quiet. The flat is very clean and stylish (mainly kept in black and white), but it doesn't feel sterile or like a hotel because of the personal touches - lots of fresh flowers, framed prints, plus a magazine rack and books for relaxing in the evening. I particularly liked the wall decoration: a world map made of strings attached to pins - very original! The kitchen is small but there's everything you need for preparing a little snack in between going out or for having some coffee or tea.
