Description

House rules

- for a late check-in (after 22:00) there will be an extra fee (in cash at the checkin) from €15.

- Do not forget to keep the key with you. The door locks itself, so you will lock yourself out when you forget the key. (it will cost €15,- when the manager has to bring you a new key)
- Do not leave the key in the lock on the inside from the door when you leave.
- There is always an extra key in the apartment (in the bowl in the hallway).

- Please be careful with the wooden shutters, they are old and crappy. During your stay its better to use the grey roller blinds and to leave the wooden shutters open. De grey blinds will also keep the apartment dark for the night.

- You can connect your mp3-player, iPod, laptop or telephone on the stereo and you can play cd’s in the dvd-player.

- There’s a supermarkt (Penny) further down the Ohlauerstrasse, 200 meter after the crossing under a corridor at you right hand (open till 22:00). For a biological supermarkt and a turkisch supermarkt, turn right at the same crossing (Reichenberger Strasse).

By leaving:

- Please leave the furniture in the same places as you found it, and do the dishes.
- For garbage there are (different) containers in the backyard.
- For glass you can find containers around the corner, next to the bus stop across the street.
- Please leave the wooden shutters open and close the grey blinds. The cleaner will close the shutters after making the apartment ready for the next guests.
- Please turn off the heating.
- Please leave both keys in the bowl in the hallway when you leave.
- Do not leave the key in the lock on the inside from the door when you leave.

Good location in Kreuzberg. Easy access by metro. Lot of restaurants. The flat is adequately equipped and clean. Very quiet. Our host Isabella was helpfull to indicate where to rent bicycles and shops. We can recommand it.

Rented Bart's house for a few days and we had an amazing time. The rooftop terrace is amazing and the apartment was very nice, clean and had a lot of room. Great area close to the city center. Will definately return some day.

Super fijne locatie en prima en lekker schoon, enige minpuntje, wat ook aan mij gelegen kan hebben, ik had begrepen dat er wifi zou zijn, maar dat was er niet, alleen een lanaansluiting, lastig met tablet. Het bed slaapt heerlijk! echt een aanrader, als we weer ga zeker weer daar heen!

Bonne expérience, le logement correspondait à ce qui est proposé. Propre, sain et bien isolé (ce n'est pas négligeable à l'approche de l'hiver). Notre interlocuteure sur place était ponctuel et sympathique.

Appartement bien situé. propre et bien équipé. Peut être un peu petit au delà de deux personnes. bart et stéphane sont très acceuillant et l'ensemble des indications pour se rendre de l'aéroport à l'appart sont précieuses.

Bart's place is such an amazing apartment. Huge space in the perfect location. It also has a private roofdeck with great views of the city. Move-in was easy. It was super clean and nice. Highly recommended.
