Spacious Studio in NYC

Second time i'm staying by Christopher. Always a pleasure. Place is Clean. Spacious and close to the subway. Nothing more to add beside Super cool!

Le studio correspond aux photos et est très bien placé. J'ai découvert Harlem, un quartier chaleureux et très sécurisé. Christopher n'était pas présent mais le propriétaire, Jack a été charmant.

Plutôt bon rapport qualité /prix. Studio spacieux, cuisine correcte et salle de bain avec baignoire. Aucune mauvaise surprise tout était clairement indiqué dans l'annonce. Hôte agréable, peut être un peu abscent mais un voisin était là en cas de besoin. Quartier très agréable à 10min de Manathan en métro et 5min à pied de la station. Nous y étions au moi d'Aout donc grosse chaleur et pas de climatisation mais Chris avait mis un gros ventilateur, Merci ! Parfais pour jeune couple ne cherchant pas un 3* mais un studio tranquille !

Unfortunately we were disappointed to find out the apartment was not at all corresponding to the reviews we read about it. There are 2 mains negative aspects: fìrst of all the location of the apartment. located at the ground floor of the building. It means you hear everybody going out and coming in all night long and early morning. Furthermore it was very dirty. The sofa, bed linen with spots, dust almost everywhere. The barthroom expecially was very bad, we had to clean by our own, and the shower curtain was really stinky. There were insects over the table in the living room, and the pavement also was dirty. The only positive aspect is the nice location in Harlem, close to some nice coffees and just 10 minutes walking from Central Park. Honestly I would not recommend this accomodation to anybody.

Appartement bien situé avec métro et bus à proximité. quartier calme qui permet de bien se reposer la nuit après de longues journées à marcher ! appartement suffisant spacieux et suffisant pour le peu de temps que l'on reste inactif dans cette ville qui ne dort jamais !

Logement correspondant très bien au descriptif et très bien situé pour accéder au centre de Manhattan (métro très proche) Prise en charge et restitution facile des clés Installation en bon état de marche. Hôte disponible si besoin

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche in diesem Studio und es war super!!!! Super Gegend, typisch NY!! :) Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich. Es hat alles bestens geklappt!

Big room in a quiet area. Subway is a few blocks to walk. A good place to stay to visit NYC for a weekend.

It was a nice stay in a very spacious room with everything you need. Bathroom was a little bit 'dusty', but fine. Host is very kind and helpful. Area is safe and appartment close to metro.

Excellent host I know where I'll be Staying for my next trip in NyC!!! Convenient and spacious location !
