Casa La Ulivella is an apartment located in the upper part of Praiano, in a quiet area and you get there up a flight of just 15 steps. The local bus stop is in front of the apartment. It has been recently renovated and equipped with all comforts.
It also has a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea facing Capo di Conca dei Marini. The furnishings are modern and of very good quality. Here the sunrise is fantastic.

Casa Agata is beautiful, spacious, very clean, very comfortable, and with spectacular views! There are 3 different, beautiful terrace areas, along with a lovely garden with rosemary and sage bushes, a jaccuzzi, and ping pong table! We spent most of our time and meals outside. It is at the top of 110 steps, which were manageable because they are broken up with some flat areas. At the bottom of the steps is a little market with most foods you might need. It is also very close to the bus stops, restaurants, bars, and more little markets. It is a perfect part of the main street to watch daily life.
Enza was a wonderful agent! She was quick to respond by email prior to our trip, and while we were there. Enza is vivacious, with a big smile, and very knowledgeable and helpful. Her agency also offers many services which are helpful. We took advantage of the porter service and the car/driver to and from Naples. Giuseppe, our driver, (along with Enza), spoke English very well. Giuseppe was also friendly, and offered great information about the area.
We also had dinner at Enza's family restaurant, Il Pirata. We highly recommend it! Lovely location, and Gianni, the maitre d' had delicious recommendations!
Two issues to note....the kitchen amenities (knives, cutting boards, peeler, etc.) are somewhat weak. But that really doesn't matter if you eat out most of the time. Also, there is a bit of an eyesore in the view that is not evident in the pictures. It is the back of a couple of buildings. This did not detract from our total enjoyment of sitting on the terrace, and the view beyond was utterly spectacular.
All in all, we would most certainly return to Casa Agata!
