Loft Apartment in Barcelona

We had a great stay in Barcelona! The loft was really nice, good location and pleasant people! Only one thing, the bed in the living room felt like a board. But everything else was great! Thank you!

L'appartement est vraiment très sympa et ressemble en tout points aux photos! Idéalement situé, il est proche de tout et permet de pouvoir faire un maximum de choses a pieds! ( plage, shopping, sorties...) Un seul petit reproche tout de même: la literie est très très ferme et les draps ont un peu vécu! Pour tout le reste, c'est parfait!

Barcelona was a great city. The apartment was what we expected. Nothing more nothing less. As mentioned previously the stairs may be an issue for some but I feel that most apartments located in the old areas of Barcelona would have the same facilities. Do not expect to be in the lap of luxury here, you are paying for location... and it is worth it for that. The El Born neighbourhood is incredible, with its narrow streets and great food and restaurant selection. Currently there is a market being build (or rebuilt) just steps away from the apartment, when this is finished it will be an incredible asset. Train station is 20m from the door. One note, the actual address of the apartment is different from the one on the website. It is not 30 Carrer Comercial it is 30 Carrer Comerc, quite different but luckily only a few hundred meters away. Wifi worked very well, and Montse was very helpful and attentive.

Das Loft liegt direkt am In-Viertel `Born` und ist 300 m vom Hafen entfernt und liegt damit Spitze! Da sind die 80 steilen Stufen unrelevant. Schlicht, praktisch und schön ausgestattet, trotz Hellhörigkeit für Städtetouristen nur zu empfehlen!

el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, y Montse es muy amable, pero nos sentimos engañadas, pagamos por 4 cuando en realidad habia cama para tres! Y un dato a tener en cuenta es que es un segundo sin ascensor, pero al ser de construccion antigua hay que saber que serian 4 pisos en total... en fin no fue del todo buena la experiencia!

Mooi appartement.Van alle gemakken voorzien. In een leuke wijk met veel barretjes en restaurants. Enige nadeel waren de vele trappen om bij het appartement te komen. Voor de rest was het prima!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt zentral, zwischen der Altstadt und in Strandnähe. Die Metro, Taxis und andere Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Außerdem befindet sich an der Ecke eine nettes Café oder Restaurant, für alle die nicht in der Wohnung frühstücken oder kochen möchten. Ein kleiner Hinweis, da die Wohnung in der dritten Etage liegt, ist sie für ältere bzw. behinderte Menschen nicht geeignet. Sie hat einen interessanten Blick in einen dreidimensionalen Hinterhof :) ich fand das sehr schön, weil die Wohnung dementsprechend ruhig ist. Montse ist unkompliziert, herzlich und sympathisch. Eine Wohnung zum weiterempfehlen!!

Appartement très agréable et surtout très bien situé dans Barcelone (10 - 15mn à pied du centre gothique, 5mn du métro et du bus). Idéal pour 3 personnes (2 adultes et 1 enfant), trop juste pour 4 (2 couples) car le couchage n'est pas adapté. Hôte très sympa,

L'appartement est vraiment idéalement placé et la découverte du centre historique de Barcelone peut se faire à pied très agréablement. Il a été rénové récemment, est très propre et bien aménagé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la cour intérieure très bariolée. Par contre, pas de double vitrage alors la nuit peut être bruyante et on entend pas mal les voisins. Pas de wifi disponible non plus. Les quatre étages à monter son violent :) Montse est très sympa et facilement joignable (et elle parle français !). Beaucoup de flexibilité sur les horaires de check-in et check-out. Nous retournerons en priorité dans cet appartement lors d'un prochain séjour à Barcelone sans hésiter.

Nice apartment, great neighborhood, bedroom and bathroom nice, living ok. Taxidrive from aerport expensive so better take a train to Barcelona-Nord, from there walk through the park less then 10 minutes!
