House rules

The property is cleaned before your arrival. However, before your departure, we kindly ask you to help us by following the following instructions:

- Not to take food and drinks inside the bedrooms;

- Don’t forget to leave the house key on the table and make sure that the door is closed properly before leaving;

- To close all the windows;

- To strip the beds (and sofa-beds);

- To clean the dishes and and put them away;

- To throw all trash and empty bottles;

- To leave the kitchen and bathroom as clean as possible.

Her apartment is a nice place, clean, and with all the necessary ...is in the center of really special area in Rome...San Lorenzo.. is not a touristic area ..for me is better...If you enjoy good pizza and want feel such as a really roman people .. could be the best place.... Is a 4 floor without elevator ( quite normal in Rome ) ...for me is not a problem...

Este apartamento es maravilloso muy accesible al centro ya que tiene parada a 4 minutos a pie. Es exactamente igual que en la foto precioso. Además Daniela la propietaria es una persona amable divina entrañable realmente lo recomiendo a todo el mundo oigo comentarios de este tipo y pienso no será para tanto pero os digo que en este caso la anfitriona se pasa de ESPECIAL me encanto!Nos llamo por teléfono preocupandose por nuestra tardanza, como vive al lado tuvo atenciones con nosotros pudimos dejar las maletas el último día en su casa, se nos rompío una botella de cristal y no se enojo ni nos la quiso cobrar. INCREIBLE de buena persona!!!!!!!Siento haber tardado un poco en poner el comentario fuimos del 22-29 sep 2012 Sin duda para repetir

We had a very great time at Rome. We thought the appartement was very cosy, beautiful,... We felt immediately like home! The host had a little food and drinks for us ready if we arrived. It was very nice! The only things negative: We had to do a lot of steps till we were at the appartement, and the appartement was (at summer, July/August) Very very hot. We had a great time in Rome and maybe we will ever come back!
