Excellent location, 5 blocks away from subterrenean "D" Metro Station in Plaza Italia, and from Santa Fe Av; You'll be very well located, since you'll be walking distance from the main atractions in the area (La Rural Exhibit Center, City Zoo, The Palermo Lakes, and the Planetarium), but you won't have any loud noises to disturb you. There's plenty of grills, little restaurant and cafe's to enjoy Palermo at it's best.
Fully furnished, great living room, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a regular tub and shower. This is a lofted place so there's a space for both individual beds and sunlight invades the main rooms.

In case you want to get to know some other neighbourhood's, theres plenty of buses and as mentioned, the “D Metro Line” of the Buenos Aires Subway passes by through Palermo
