Flat 15 min from Hongdae & Sinchon #1

Mr. Kim was a great host. As a newcomer to Korea, I felt at ease because of his help. He explained the transportation system and even wrote down some handy instructions about the building and even instructions for taxi drivers to get me home! I could not have asked for a better bldg manager during my stay.

Very clean and modern-ish building in a quiet area. The building manager, Mr, Kim was awesome. Very understanding and helpful. Most other residents are university students as it's right by Myongji University. Only thing is, it's a bit far from the train stations - during peak times it can take almost half hour to get to Hongdae or Sinchon station by bus; not a walkable distance but buses come every 5 mins. But everything you need is close with a Lotte Supermarket and 7-11 less than a 30sec walk away. If you like to walk/jog, there is a really nice path along the creek within 5 mins walk. I liked the area enough to book a second month. If you are looking for an authentic stay in Korea this place is great with lots of local restaurants/grocery shops around but not many retail stores, pretty much no foreigners in the area either. Tip: Bus 7612 to Hongdae, Bus 7611 to Sinchon stations will be your commonplace.

Guter Service. Sauberes Zimmer. Sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mr. Kim ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Efter bott här i nu 3 månader har jag då inget att klaga på,Fortsatt bra! Trevligt område, mycket resturanger, coffee shops och affärer alldeles runt hörnet. Trevliga små rum med tvättmaskin, kokplata och en fullt fungerande tolett med dusch. Dessutom en väldigt trevlig Mr Kim (ägare), hjälper med allt du kan tänkas behöva hjälp med! Rekomenderas varmt!!!

The location is good, the apartment is very clean and very cosy. Mr Kim is a nice & hospitable building manager. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this to anyone!

A great place to say, long as well as short-term. 10-15 minutes to Hongdae with the bus and just a minute away to the closest seven-eleven and Lotte supermarket. The Myongji area is mixed with many different kinds of restaurants and stores and has a pretty calm atmosphere. The apartments are small but well planned. You might want to have a couple of extra blankets if you live here during the colder time of the year. I truly recommend a stay here and don't be surprised if Mr Kim invites you to a dinner or two – accept and enjoy.
