Private room and balcony!!! City center!!!!

Fede's place is really nice! The room is very clean and cosy. Fede himself is also very nice, we had some pleasant conversations with him and his friend who was also there at the moment. The ticket for the guitar concert is a real gift: the concert was amazing. We can only recommend this place to everybody who is looking for a good stay in Barcelona!

We spent a wonderful week in Barcelona ... The Fede's apartment is ideally located close to the beach for the morning jogging, shops and museums for the afternoon, tapas bars and good restaurants for the evening, and nightclub for the night!! The room is spacious, clean and well soundproofed (double glazing), the bedding is good and the balcony overlooking the pedestrian street is very nice. But what we especially not forget, was the friendliness and smiles of our guests. Thank you again for the invitation to the concert and your welcome ... One thing is certain, if we return to Barcelona, we will return with great pleasure in Fede's home ...

My parents had a Blast in Barcelona and part of that was because the stayed in Federico’s apartment, clean, big enough and the most important thing really convenient located. Another thing that they loved was the opportunity that Fede gave them to go to a Flamenco Guitar concert for free and the check-in & check-out flexibility. They will recommend this place 100% to everybody that plan to stay in Barcelona. Thanks Federico very much!

Idéalement placé pour visiter Barcelone, le logement est agréable, chaleureux, calme et très propre. Accueil sympathique, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Fede was an absolutely great host. The apartment itself is located in the most ideal place to explore Barcelona. The metro is 5 minutes walking distance, with several tourist attractions really nearby. The gothic neighborhood (barrio gotico) is pretty much in the same block as the apartment. Amazing selection of restaurants in Princesa. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place :)

Fede is a fantastic host and we have had a great & homely stay with him. The room and the entire flat is very clean and welcoming. We will hope to stay with Fede next time we are going to Barcelona.We will recommend this place to everyone who enjoys staying in a homely place, close to the main attractions, beach & citylife...

Super chambre pour une visite de Barcelone : bien située, spacieuse (et nous étions chargés!), propre, dans un appartement très agréable, un peu comme à la maison. Accueil de qualité, Fede prend vraiment en compte le bien être de ses locataires! Petit plus, le double vitrage bienvenu pour les nuits agitées!

Perfect! The apartment is perfectly situated near the beach and sightseeing spots on max 15 minutes walking distance. Close to restaurants bars and shops. The room (twopersonsbed) was very big considering other (hotel) rooms Ive stayed in. And has a little balcony! The bathroom and kitchen all very clean. I will recommend this apartment and Fede as host to everyone who wants to visit Barca!

I stayed at Fedes with my 10 year old son and can only recommend it!! The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking a small plaza with restaurants and on some nights live music. The apartment is perfectly situated with everything within walking distance. Fede is the perfect host very friendly and knows the city very well so you only need to ask and he will tell you what you need to know!! I would not hesitate to book a room with Fede again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona at Fedes place. Quit, clean en a very gentle host. He does not talk with the exclamationmarks he writes with, ;-). We'll be back!
