My roommate Marie and I offer you this room as a perfect hotel alternative in the green heart of Berlin (Treptow-Koepenick).
The very bright newly built 4-bedroom apartment with French windows and cherry tree laminate has recently been renovated with floor heating and high insulation glazing. The apartment is a very clean. Our area is known as the green center of Berlin. High speed Internet is also available, and there is a second bathroom for you. The kitchen, living room and balcony, are used together.
Your room is fully equipped with a queen size bed with a comfort mattress, a shelf, a chair and a wardrobe. There is a small bathroom, free internet access (wifi) and a TV. You can use the shared kitchen (with refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer etc).
The apartment is located directly by the river 'Spree' with private water access. In the midst of Berlin's greenest district of Treptow-Koepenick we offer you numerous cafés, restaurants and bars. There are many shops (supermarkets, department stores) in the surrounding area. In addition, the Treptower Park is just a few minutes away by bike.
The apartment is located only 10 minutes from the train station "Schöneweide". You can take the bus (bus stop directly outside the front door), tram or S-Bahn Berlin to easily reach all interesting hot spots, whether you want to go to Mitte district for shopping or to Friedrichshain to celebrate. Not too far from Schönefeld airport (15min by car).
