Studio situated in a former luxury hotel which has been turned into apartments. The studio has a spacious feel, with a balcony facing south - certainly large enough to sit outside and enjoy a cafe and a croissant! From the balcony, look out over palm trees where you will glimpse the glittering Mediterranean.
A bright apartment with high ceiling and wooden floors, it sleeps two people (200x160). It has been completely renovated, tastefully decorated, equipped with washing machine, cooking facilities (incl micro and dishwasher) as well as a flat screen TV and HiFi.
The building is located one street in from the famous Promenades des Anglais (the long boulevard that runs along the whole bay of Nice), and has direct access to the boulevard where you will find yourself directly on the beach. The building has a secured entrance, and is close to many shops, restaurants and bars. The city centre is not far away either – 15 min walk or a short bus ride. With the easy access to public transport, this is ideal for visiting both Nice and the surrounding area. For those who prefer not to drive, the airport bus stops just around the corner so there's no need to rent a car during your stay.
