Functional and quiet apartment near Santa Maria del Mar

location of the appartment is great. in the centre of the area El Born, great vibe and barca feeling. appartment is big enough for 2 people, washing machine is handy. although the appartment needs a bit of attention like maintanance of bathroom etc. for a citytrip of a couple of days this appartment is a fine choice.

Wij zijn teleurgesteld. Het entree van het appartement was geen pretje, er hing ronduit een ondefinieerbare stank. Het appartement zelf was sober; de bedden kraakten en er stond schimmel in de douche. 's Nachts veel lawaai van buiten. In eerste instantie geen wifi, wat wel was toegezegd, later wel in orde gekomen. Bi vertrek niemand gezien, nadat wij zelf gebeld hebben bleek dat we de sleutel op tafel mochten laten liggen en de deur achter ons dicht mochten trekken. Al met al, erg onpersoonlijk... geen aanrader voor dat geld. Jammer, dit was ons eerste contact met Wimdu.

El piso por la fotos tenía buena pinta. Pero cuando llegué la lavadora estaba llena de agua, y con toallas dentro. El frigorífico tampoco funcionaba, y el congelador del frigorífico estaba llena de un líquido amarillo que supongo que fue debido a una cerveza rota. Para colmo la internet no funcionaba bien, porque me dieron un pendrive que tenía muy poca banda ancha, o poca cobertura. A una butaca del piso, le faltaba una pata y el resto de las sillas se le caían los tornillos. La cama no tiene almohada y tienes que utilizar como tal los cojines. Además el colchón es muy incómodo porque es algo ondulado, por lo que te va a llevar varios días a acostumbrate. El piso estaba sucísimo. En el baño no había escobilla, para limpiarlo, y el horno se apaga cuando lleva 10 o 15 minutos funcionando. Al final me cambiaron arreglarón el frigorífico a los 10 días a los 15 días compraron una nueva lavadora y a los 20 días instalarón una linea ADSL para tener acceso a internet. La persona que me entregó las llaves, una tal Gemna, no sabía como funcionaba el frigorífico, la lavadora ni el pendrive para acceder a internet, se limito a darme las llaves y nada más. Os preguntareis que tiene de bueno de piso?. El piso esta bien situado muy céntrico y además es caluroso y después de mi estancia el piso esta bastante mejor que cuando llegué, más limpio. Tampoco me pidieron una fianza, lógico teniendo en cuenta que la mitad de los electrodomésticos y muebles tenían algún desperfecto. A pesar de todo, el trato con Itziar fue bastante cordial, y como tuve que hacer la colada en otro sitio, me pagó los gastos ocasionados.

it was nice simple, a little hard to keep clean and the bed was was really bad i was lucky one of the springs didn't shoot out in the middle of the night and kill me other then that everything was lovely really good area easy to go places.

die coole Wohnung liegt an einem wunderschönem Platz in einem herrlichen Stadtteil. Es war laut, aber das ist eben Barcelona. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Itziar ist eine besonders sympatische Frau

Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt zwischen zwei Plätzen, die gern bis in die Nacht frequentiert werden, so dass Ohrenstöpsel unbedingt eine gute Idee sind. Die Lage ist für Stadterkundungen einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung selber ist für zwei sehr gut geeignet, bei mehr Menschen muss man wissen, dass es keine Tür zwischen den Räumen gibt. Die Wohnung ist nicht neu, in ordentlichem Zustand. Wir waren sehr gern dort und werden nach Möglichkeit auch beim nächsten Mal dort wohnen.

Perfekt. Es hat alles gepasst, Schlüsselübergabe, Rückgabe, Appartement war sauber. Sehr nett!

Die Lage des Apartments ist super, die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt. Ein Traum! Wer es jedoch ganz ruhig braucht, ist dort falsch (zuviel Lärm von draußen). Ich finde das Apartment aber unbedingt empfehlenswert. Gebe jedoch meinen Vormietern Recht, das Bad war nicht das allersauberste, aber das kann man in einer Altbauwohnung in BCN auch nicht erwarten.

Had a great 3 days in barcelona. the appartment was excellent, the area was very good. 5 to 10minute walk to the ramblas. when i return to barcelona i will try to stay here again 5 star.

Heerlijke locatie. Lekker ruim. Fijne badkamer. Bedden niet erg goed, tv werkte niet en droger niet aanwezig.
