Weekly rentals will require a one week security deposit. Monthly rentals will require a security deposit as well. We do a credit check for each individual that we rent to, which has a non-refundable cost of $50. (It usually takes 2-7 days to finalize a tenancy.)

Weekly rates range between $190-$275 a week. Monthly rates range between $750-$1280 a month. We have many long term tenants, but you are not obligated to a 6 month or 1 year lease. You are only obligated to the week or month depending on how you set up your rental. We rent only by the week or month, no shorter time periods.

We evaluate each person on their own merits, and according to work and ability to pay your rent. If you are unable to do a credit check for any reason including not being an American citizen, you can meet with the owner of the buildings to be evaluated for tenancy. This has to happen generally between 12-5pm Monday through Friday. We do regularly rent to foreign nationals. We can accommodate a limited amount of short term stays.

Had a great time in New York, the girl who received me was very friendly and gave good advice on what to do and see The room was small but it had everything a lowbudget travellers needs at an affordable price, For my next visit I will definetly check if this room is available thank you very much

Værelset levede helt op til det jeg havde forventet. Ikke noget fancy, men udmærket og virkelig god beliggenhed. Jeg fik en god og serviceminded modtagelse. Jeg ville booke stedet igen, hvis jeg skulle til New York og igen bruge de sparede penge på andre ting.

Mi estancia en este alojamiento ha sido increible!!! Muy amables a mi llegada. La habitación limpia y confortable, además a solo 4 minutos andanado de Times Square. Si vuelvo a NY repito seguro!!!!

standard i wyglad pokoju odbiega od tego opisanego i pokazanego na stronie. pokoj ma 5, w porywach do 6 metrow kwadratowych, duza walizka ledwo sie miesci :) jesli jednak nie zalezy Ci na standardzie a lokalizacji, to jest ona glownym atutem. jedna przecznica do Times Square, metro tuz obok. przemila i pomocna dziewczyna z obslugi.

Der Manager war nie vor ort, was manchmal etwas schwierig war, das Bad könnte mal geputzt werden, aber für den Preis und die Lage...super!

Very good location. Very nice and professional staff. Very (very, very) small room but clean enough to sleep and eat a small meal. It is equipped with a refrigerator and a sink (installed very high - it's hard to use it). Internet is only available on the corridor (but do not stay there, so at the entrance to the building) The perfect place for a man who does not have a large requirement and not a lot of money :) Next time I go back there very happily.
