The middle floor consists of a living room connected to the dining room, full of light and with a door to the garden. A fully equipped kitchen connects to the outdoor garden. The garden is very nice, cool and sunny, and the terraces offer a great space for outdoor dining.
Ideal for couples, families or groups, this pleasant villa has also a lush garden where you can dine with your family or friends, under the sun or the shade according to your preference. The different floors of this sunny villa are connected by wooden stairs. It is also possible to park up to two cars inside the gate.
Guests may share the villa with other guests, unless they rent the house for them selves. During the day, guests can ask for different activities (cycling, surf bodyboard, Windsurf, hikes at Sintra, climbing, diving, yoga, chi kung), order different kinds of massages and holistic therapies (Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Ayurveda), having at their disposal an holistic natural chef with whom they will share the kitchen and from whom they can order meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Guests may also request car rental and shuttle service to and from the airport.
They will be able to enjoy the calm and tranquility of this region, having the privilege of being 500m from the beach and the seawall that connects this village to Cascais along the sea, which gives them pleasant walks and views.
Within walking distance, guests will find services such as cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, post office, banks (MB), pharmacy, health center, train station with direct access to the center of Lisbon and Cascais, Taxis and buses. All this makes this space unique and very special!

Geräumiges Haus mit Garten und Balkon. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Küchenutensilien sehr einfach - nicht für "Küchenfans" geeignet.
Gute Lage: Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Zug nach Lissabon direkt neben dem Haus.

María ha sido una gran anfitriona. Las fotos del apartamento se corresponden con la realidad. La situación del apartamento es muy buena porque está situado cerca de los comercio, al lado de la estación de tren y a 5 minutos andando de las playas. La próxima vez que volvamos a Estoril iremos de nuevo a casa de Maria. ¡Estamos muy agradecidos por el trato!
