Studio in Central Historical Area

Dies Wohnung in einem wirklich schönen, ruhigem Teil der Altstadt ist der Hit. Wir sind für eine Woche mit 4 Personen dort gewesen. Die Wohnung ist alleine schon durch die wunderbare kleine Dachterrasse absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben in der Ausstattung alles gefunden, was man zu einem Stadturlaub so braucht. Pedro als Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir hätten ihn jederzeit erreichen können, was ein gutes Gefühl gibt. Seine Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants sind in keinem Reiseführer zu finden und bescherten uns die schönsten Urlaubsmomente. Auch unsere Kinder (14 und 17) haben sich schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

cosy, clean and fully equipped apt. in a nice and calm neighbourhood. the little terrace upstairs is just perfect to have breakfast or an aperitive outside. pedro was a very friendly and pleasant host who took the time to recommended hotspots and most important things to us. we really enjoyed our stay there!

Great apartment! I stayed at Pedro´s apartment for 3 weeks due to business trip and I felt like home! The apartment has a very cool and quite terrace where you can enjoy the sun the whole day. You have transport options very close to the apartment and you can even reach the city center in 20 minutes walking. Pedro is a super nice host, always willing to help whatever I needed and with lots of info about the city. I highly recommend this offer if you are planning to stay in Lisbon and you want to be a bit out of the noisy center!

Hola, nuestra estancia en Lisboa ha sido maravillosa. El apartamento de Pedro cumple a la perfección lo que estabamos buscando: moderno pero a la vez clásico, con 2 estancias independientes necesarias para la intimidad de una pareja con 2 niños y muy bien situado a 10 minutos de cualquier sitio importante de Lisboa. La gente del barrio excede los comentarios realizados sobre ellos: hospitalarios, muy buen gente y muy amables. Y Lisboa un gran descubrimiento por nuestra parte. Volveremos seguro. Chao

This is a great place to stay for a family or 4 persons, it's located near a bus stop (bus 760 and 767) about 50-100m away, which is then itself about 3-4 min from the main square (figuera/rossie). The apartment is comfortable, you can get some food just in the small groceries stores next door which is nice for getting some drinks and snacks for the night or for your morning breakfast.

Een erg prettig, fris, ruim en licht appartement in een rustige straat, met een mooi uitzicht. Goed gelegen. In een minuut of tien sta je aan de Taag. Het metrostation is iets dichterbij. De gastheer Pedro is vriendelijk en toegankelijk en voelt zich verantwoordelijk voor een prettig verblijf. Ik zou een volgende keer zo weer teruggaan. Bij voorkeur in de maanden maart-oktober, want nu was het er wat moeilijker warm te krijgen.

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine très agréable en famille (4 personnes) pendant les fêtes de Noël. L'appartement est bien agencé, bien situé, avec un accès facile aux transports (bus à 50m, métro à 5min) et aux commodités (supermarché, quelques restaurants). Propriétaire disponible, accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande fortement!!!

We ( 2 adults and daugther of 11) spent a week in the appartment, and enjoyed the freedom of having our own home. The appartment is full of modern comfort and in the heart of the old city. Quiet street and friendly neighbourghs. Our host Pedro respected our privacy and because of his personal belongings the appartment was more home then a rented place. It was a very good place to start wandering trhough the city and relaxing afterwards. We can recommend everyone who can climb a stair a stay at Pedroś.

Je suis partis à Lisbonne Septembre 2012, je recommande vivement cet appartement idéalement situé à Lisbonne. Lieu calme, appartement atypique, assez spacieux, le petit plus est sa terrasse (pour les petits déjeuner ensoleillés, et/ou apèro entre amis :) ). Je recommande également à quelque pallier sur la même rue le petit resto caché ou le vendredi soir nous avons eu du Fado (ambiance sympa). Accueil de notre hôte Pedro et de sa concierge bien sympathique. A bientôt Lisbonne !!!

Die Wohnung war für uns optimal. Die zentrale Lage (10 - 15 Minuten Spaziergang durch Parks an Cafes vorbei, bis zu den bekannten Plätzen im Zentrum) und doch abseits vom touristischen Wirbel. Minimarket, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Haustür. Geräumige, modernisierte Altbau-Wohnung mit sehr schöner kleiner Terrasse, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und auch WiFi. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!!!
