Montmarte Apartment by Sacré Coeur

L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, il est propre et agréable, et Caroline est très agréable, très sympathique. Tout est à disposition dans l'appartement, même une petite carte du quartier (avec les bonnes adresses : boulangeries, restaurants, ...). Super appartement, on espère y retourner à notre prochain séjour !! Elie & Lorine.

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Tage zu Gast bei Caroline und sind total begeistert gewesen. Das Studio ist richtig schön eingerichtet und die Lage in dem kleinen Künstlerviertel von Montmartre ist optimal. Der Ablauf und der Kontakt mit Caroline war echt klasse (Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin!). Wir können einen Besuch nur empfehlen und hoffen, sich bald wiederzusehen.

It was a very nice trip. The appartment was clean and have a very nice location in Montmatre. The bath, kitchen and sleeping room was small but have a typical charme of Paris and you had all thinks that you need (pans, pots, coffee maker ... etc) The charme of the appartment and the quarter is beautiful. I can absolutely advise this appartment !

Small but nice: The cozy tastefully furnished and decorated studio is on the ground-floor of an apartment building and has got a window to the courtyard. Beside the main room with a queen-size bed the studio provides a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Everything was clean and well maintained. The English speaking hosts are friendly and very obliging as well as quite flexible upon arrival and departure. The studio is located in a quite neighborhood street close to Sacré-Cœur. Metro station Abbesses, a variety of shopping opportunities, bars and brasseries are close by. A provided hand-drawn map helped us to go along in the neighborhood.

Die Wohnung is wunderbar! Das Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas arg klein, aber zum Händewaschen reicht es. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Montmatre und bietet dadurch viele Möglichkeiten abends zu Fuß was zu unternehmen. Sacre Coeur kann man innerhalbt von 10 Minuten erreichen, und sogar zum Lafayette ist man in 20 Minuten gelaufen. Deshalb: Nur zu empfehlen! Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Just what you need for a couple of days in Paris. ten minutes from Sacre Coeur. And five minutes from Abbesses metro station.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft am Zentrum des Montmartre. Überaus zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Einziges Manko: ist ziemlich klein, was manchmal ein Wohnmobilgefühl aufkommen lässt. Da Paris im Gegensatz dazu sehr groß ist, macht das aber nichts aus.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Paris. Die Wohnung war klein (!!) und gemütlich, sauber, nett eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Trotzdem ruhig, keine Geräusche von der Straße. Normale Wohngeräusche von Nachbarn waren zu vernehmen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und organisatorisch hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Das französische Bett hätte etwas größer (länger) sein dürfen, aber was solls. In der Umgebung sind tolle Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafés und Kneipen, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Studio zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Caroline and her husband were the best hosts ever. They were very accommodating to our late arrival (the RER was down from the airport so we arrived about two hours later than we had planned). Caroline's husband was waiting for us in his photography office which is right in front of the apartment. He set us up splendidly, gave us a hand drawn map of all the good places in Montmartre we would need (markets, restaurants, cafes.) He was also accommodating with the deposit since we had to burn some cash for the taxi. That said, the apartment is very cute and welcoming. It's exactly as described. It is on the small side which some Americans may not be used to, but stay in a hotel in Paris and you'll see that it's normal. Everything worked perfectly for us; when you're in Paris you're not going to spend a lot of time in your room! All amenities such as towels were provided. We cleaned before our stay and saved the 30 euro fee. The apartment is perfectly located in Montmartre. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
