Very good!!! Appartamento pulito e vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Indicazioni fornite esaurienti e veloci. Consigliatissimo

Very well located, nice and clean flat, but: 1) How to get in the building without any keys? The neighbours of the same floor didn't let us in (for a comprehensive reason of safety), so we had to wait another neighbour passing by!! We were lucky, but our flatmates were not : due to a delayed flight they arrived at 2 AM (!) and had to wake us up (since they had not got their keys yet). 2) The breakfast : no bread, nor milk... That's a pity! 3) Too many potheads in the neighbourhood, going crazy and shouting late at night... 4) Washing machine and central heater do not work. No possibility of drying clothes after a good London shower! :)

Kaz's appartment was really nice and well located. He was very attentive and he solved every single doubt we had before arriving. The appartment had all the necesary things for a successful stay. I highly recomed his appartment.

Mede dankzij onze accomodatie hebben wij een erg fijne tijd gehad in Londen. Het appartement is erg centraal gelegen, in 10 min tot een kwartier ben je met de metro in het centrum. De prijs voor deze locatie is erg goed! Het appartement zelf is standaard, en ook niet meer dan we nodig hebben. Je bent in Londen om in de stad te zijn, en niet op je kamer. Het bed is prima, er is een tafeltje met twee stoelen en nog kastruimte beschikbaar. Als extratje is er een goede TV + DVD's aanwezig in de kamer. Ook is de kamer goed schoon, na ieder verblijf komt er bijna direct een schoonmaker om de kamer schoon te maken en het beddengoed en de handdoeken te verversen. Deze kamer ligt ook aan de achterkant van het gebouw waardoor je zo goed als geen last hebt van geluiden van de straat. Het appartement heeft wat ons betreft maar 2 minpunten. - Onze kamer had direct voor het raam een straatlantaarn en geen verduisterende gordijnen. Dit is echter wel op te lossen door met hangers zelf kleding voor het raam te hangen. - Het appatement, waar in totaal 3 kamers in zitten, heeft het toilet en de douche in dezelfde ruimte zitten. Hierdoor komt het toch nogal eens voor dat je niet naar het toilet kunt omdat er iemand aan het douchen is. Vooral als je medebewoners hebt die geen rekening houden met dit gegeven kan dat erg vervelend zijn. Al met al is dit, zeker voor de prijs, een erg fijn appartement. Mooie locatie, en goede accomodatie. Het contact met de host verliep erg goed, telkens als we mailden hadden we binnen 2 dagen bericht terug. De informatievoorziening over ons verblijf verliep goed. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een systeem dat ons erg veel vrijheid gaf over wanneer we aan wilden komen want door middel van een code konden we altijd het appartement in, ook al zou ons vliegtuig vertraging hebben. Zeker een aanrader!

Eau de la douche trop chaude ou trop froide (propre à Londres). Porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir (clé du haut) Très facile d'accès, calme, appartement bien agencé. Un grand merci pour ce séjour à Londres.

Une chambre parfaite pour passer quelques nuits, très proche du centre ville (20-30 minutes en bus pour aller à Oxford Circus avec le 8) à un prix très abordable. Indications claires pour trouver l'appartement, sécurisé (une clef ferme la chambre à clef). Des serviettes et des draps propres à l'arrivée. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et le recommandons! Pour faire des économies d'hôtel, nous conseillons ce plan! Si vous souhaitez un lieu calme pour venir dormir et prendre le petit déjeuné avant de repartir vagabonder dans les rues Londoniennes, vous êtes servi!

The room was really nice and fresh (though it smelled a little to much of some sort of cleaning detergents or something, but I guess that's better than the opposite ^^). The kitchen was also very nice and well equipped. The house is close to both Stepney Green and Bethnal Green, and it just took 5-15 minutes to the city, depending on where you wanted to go! Perfect! A little varning - we had a lot of problems with the locks and when we arrived it took us quite a while to get inside. So if you think you've got the wrong place - don't give up! Eventually it will give way ;) Only downside was that the shower was a bit tricky and changed temperature from time to time. And there wasn't any toiletpaper for a couple of days, so we had to buy some for us and the other guests in the apartment. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be included? Feels a little weird if that's the case though, so I guess it just was forgotten! We didn't see Kaz during our stay, but he was very helpful and friendly when we contacted him via mail. All in all a very good place to stay! Will come back if we go to London again!
