So far all the guests in the flat have been very nice, interesting, responsible and very respectful of one another. I believe that they have all enjoyed their stay. The apartment is maintain daily to a high standard.
The flat is about 400 meters from New Cross Station, which gives you access to the Overground and the mainline railway (Note: the Overground is connected to the tube/underground - it just runs over ground - all tickets are valid). Deptford Bridge Station is even closer. From here the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) will take you to Greenwhich and Canary Wharf.
There are also numerous buses, which pass New Cross Road and go straight to central London, including several night buses, so you can always get home no matter what time of night! You can be in Trafalgar Square (by train) in just 15 minutes. The vibrant and eclectic area of Shoreditch is also just 15 minutes on the Overground. The location is ideal for any tourist or person working in central London!
In the local area you will find everything you need for a great stay; there are 24 hour food shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, some really nice traditional English pubs and the famous Deptford Market all within walking distance of the flat. The flat is very close to Goldsmith University campus, so could be an ideal base if you are visiting the university for a conference.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in London verbracht. Sehr gute Verbindung ins Zentrum und die Unterkunft war völlig ausreichend
Empfehlung : Royal Albert Pub
We had a nice stay in London. There was easy access to the city with different transfer. Our room was nice.
You have to go to Royal Albert Pub
As always Mr. Sidney is a great property manager. No way in the area is one of the best. Always clean spaces, no problems with equipment or other matters. I'll book him other times
It was not a good experience for us.
The kitchen was quite clean but there were not enough pots to cook.
The bathroom was awfully dusty. The floor seemed to not be cleaned every day and the bathmat remained the same our all stay.
The doors make too much noise, especially when people open it in the middle of the night.
We were in a room with windows giving on the corridor and when the lights were on it lighted the whole room up, not very comfy at 3 in the morning.
The mattress was very thin and some springs got out of the bed hurting our legs.
Good value for money. Place was clean and comfortable
A clean and comfortable place. Good value for money
We had a great time in London even though it rained as we always had somewhere warm and homely to come back to. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Thank you for such a super travelling experience, we would love to come and stay again sometime. Mark and Emma X
Everything was perfect. House nice and clean.
But you need a better Bus/Tube description.
Iam sure i will come back.
Unbelievable! After our booking, we received a long e-mail saying we have to pick up the keys by ourselves with different steps to perform. We arrived at noon in the room and the cleaning was not performed. Nobody welcome us and we had to call to get the cleaning. We needed to go out in the town and come back later. The room was very small and stinking. The common areas of the house was quite clean but we heard some strange noises during the night (people entrying in the house or cooking) at 4, 5 in the morning or late in the evening. Very Strange... As well the one stop from London Bridge is actually 10-15 min walking to take the train (no underground).
The room is nice and clean.I love it.
The only problem is the idea of getting in without the host.In fact to get the key is too complicated.I could have loved to see Sidney at least on the first day.
At first I found it very difficult to understand the meaning of Key fob until he explained it to me through telephone.
I believe Sidney is a good guy.
The apartment is as shown and has two bedrooms, a lounge (2 more people can sleep there), a kitchen and a bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and the area was very quiet. It is near to the centre and easy to be in the touristic spots. A good stay for a few days in London. Recommended!
