This bright duplex is located in the center of Paris, at the Bastille area in less than 10 minutes (full of coffee shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, shops) and the Marais area is 15 minutes away. The nearest Metro stations “Voltaire” (2 minutes walking) and “Ledru Rollin” (4 minutes). The flat has easy connections with the major tourist attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame (20 minutes), Champs-Elysées (20 minutes). There are many trade and supermarkets by the building. Access from every airport and train station is very simple. The area is very safe and quiet.
