Near-center apartment 4, 3rd district

the apt. was clean, and only one stop away from the train station, so very convenient. however, the host was not there when i arrived (his friend checked me in), although he sms me along the way to make sure i was checked in ok. because he was not there, i didn't have the benefit of getting some insights about the city as mentioned in other reivews. also, some light blubs were not working here and there, which would have made the room brighter had they been fixed (especially the one in the foyer).

Nice location and very nice and welcoming host. Apartment was okay even if lacking a few things (iron, hairdryer...).

L'appartement est fonctionnel, agréable et bien placé par rapport aux transports en communs : accès direct à partir de l'aéroport (S7) et vers le centre ville.L'accueil a été chaleureux, l'hôte nous a bien renseigné. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Wohnung sehr zentral und gut angebunden, völlig ausreichend und gut ausgestattet,mit Internet,Radio und TV! Aufzug in den 5.Stock auch vorhanden - zum Glück :) Sehr angenehm alles.

Super lockerer Vermieter,tolle Wohnung in der mann sich gleich heimich fühlt.Kurzer weg zur Strasenbahn und zum Supermarkt. Bahn geräuche bei geschlossenem Fenster Nachts etwas nervig. Gern wieder.

Udo jest bardzo sympatyczny, przyjacielski i pomocny. Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, w pełni wyposażone i gustownie urządzone. Czysto i schludnie, blisko centrum. Na pewno będziemy chcieli jeszcze tam wrócić. Godne polecenia!!! Very nice and clean apartment for all people who want to relax in comfortable conditions after a long day of touring beautiful Vienna:-)

Udo was a great host! he even picked us up in his car from the train station and gave us a personal tour of Wien on the way back to the apartment. He explained everything to us. The apartment is in a great location, only a few hundred meters from the tram that takes you down the hill and into town. Also, this place is near a great brewery (Salmbrau) and dining place. We would definitely stay here again.

Séjour très agréable! Petit appartement cosy, bien équipé et proche du centre ville et d'une gare directe vers l'aéroport. Par ailleurs l'hôte (Udo) est une personne très agréable, serviable, attentive aux besoins de ses visiteurs et qui aime partager ses expériences. A conseiller vivement!!!

Bel appartement tout équipé. Proche Belvedere accès par le tram ligne 71. Impossible avant 12H. Le nom n'est pas sur les sonnettes, sonnez au 17.

Das Apartment liegt super zentrumsnah. Mit der Straßenbahn 71 sind es nur 3 Stationen und man ist mittendrin. Die Halstelle ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist klein, fein und sauber - nur das Bett nicht besonders bequem, aber für 3/4 Tage Wien völlig ausreichend. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit !!!
