I rent my beautyfull flat at isarvorstadt.
It is very central, just 3 minutes walk to the Theresienwiese (OKTOBERFEST!) or Glockenbachviertel, near to the Isar, in 15 minutes you can walk to the famous Viktualienmarkt ("food market"). Although it is very quite (one-way street).
The apartment is very friendly and bright, has 2 rooms with balcony, kitchen and bath. You sleep in a very cozy waterbed. It is very high quality and you will sleep well. For people with back problems, it is a pleasure to sleep in such a calming water bed!
The balcony is in the back yard and has the sun all day. In the evenings you can sit and let the day end comfortably.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
In the immediate vicinity there are many restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, butchers and the metro station "Goetheplatz" is located just outside the door.
